In town for a soccer tournament. Nice vicinity to VOA Park and Warren Sports park. Quick check-in and out.

The hotel is Ok, clean and reasonably quiet. It took 15 minutes to get someone to show up at the desk to check me in which i attribute to short staffing. The breakfast was good as these things go. I'd say it is good overall, with the exception of the checkin experience.

I had family in three rooms room 203 had the worst human waste smell that reeked throughout the entire Hallway. I should have asked for my money back but thought I would leave that to Expedia.

It was cold out and our room didn’t have heat. We caught a cold. Call front desk and they sent maintenance to look at the issue. Unable to fix and they changed our room. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices

The hotel was easy to find. Our reservation hadn’t shown up on the hotel’s computer so we showed our email to the desk attendant and he okayed it. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Our room was very nice and the hotel was pretty. I did not like that they charged my card before I got to the property. When I made our reservation it said I would pay at the property upon arrival. I also did not like the 50 dollar fee that was charged to my card that I was never notified of at any time when I.ade the reservation or at check in. The hotel was nice but I would probably not return due to these reasons

This is a great hotel very close to kings island. The included breakfast is over the top. The room is very clean and modern. No safe in the room. The indoor pool is nice but a little small. Overall a great place to stay. Recommend!

I have been coming to the Hampton Inn for four years never had any issues with the room or the service or anything. until this year for the holiday event driving six hours away I was coming with another friend neither one was handicap but this guy that Chuck Dan put us in a handicap room. The room was not as clean as it usually is in the service just wasn’t the same even to the breakfast. The main concern is, we couldn’t even take a shower, which was terrible, because the shower was mainly assessable for a person in the wheelchair which there were other rooms he could’ve put us in but didn’t. I hope next time you look at the situation more clearly when you’re checking someone in.

The property and the breakfast were very nice. The only problem was the glare from parking lot lights and the blind did not fully cover the window.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms (Queen size bed’s 2) on 1 day, then next day someone else asked if I could book them a separate room. ( king size) small mix up at check in, easy check out, would have liked a little bit longer of hours on pool, ( adult hours??) breakfast was not bad.

Very convenient for going to Kings Island, the price is great, and the room was very clean and spacious for the two of us. The free breakfast was much more than we expected. We had a great experience!

Everything was wonderful!! We really enjoyed our stay here, and this is possibly where we will stay for future visits. The beds are extremely comfortable, the room was huge. I loved that there was a chair in the room. Everything was clean (bathroom, bedroom, common areas). The breakfast was decent, and found options i usually dont find at other hotels. I love the waffle maker station had several choices to add. There is nothing stating this, but there is a $25 hold they put on your room. Mine fell off a day after check-out.

We were impressed by how clean the room was! The lobby of the hotel had a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable and cozy. The bed and bath linens were very nice and updated.

I love this area. There's a lot of stuff to do here. The hotel is modern and great staff. There lot's of dinning options within a few blocks and most are within walking distance. I do wish there was a hot tub in the pool area

Came here to stay overnight e-bike visiting kings island for Halloween fest. The hotel is clean but is dated. The location is excellent if you are visiting kings island and staying over. The hotel has an indoor pool which I didn’t try but looked clean and other guest seemed to be enjoying it. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a fridge and microwave in the room as well. The following morning the hot breakfast was really good. Not many hotels offer pumpkin spice waffles. I really liked it here. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back in the future.

Booked for an overnight stay during a road trip. . Hotel was perfect ,room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included. No issues. Fromt check in was prompt and staff front desk, Mohammad was friendly

Perfect location from Kings Island and Pet Suites was super close to keep our dogs at. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic with the minor exception of no flavored creamer😉

Check-in was quick and easy, the property was clean and quiet, very relaxing. The bedding was thick and heavy, and the beds were comfy but can’t turn the AC any lower than 66 so we overheated easily at night. Great place to stay though, the breakfast was good and it was super close to King’s Island.

Comfortable, clean beds. Older fashioned furniture but everything functional and in tip-top shape. Pool was questionable, very murky water and heavily chlorinated. We went downstairs to spend an hour or so there. The vacuuming machine was inside. The gentleman at the front desk, who by the way was very professional and friendly, quickly went in and removed. We ended up leaving, we decided not to go in. Parking was convenient, the hotel priced well at around $200 CAD. Close to King’s Island Amusement park.

We were able to check in a little early which really helped. Staff was very courteous and assisting. Room was clean as were linens and towels. Room smelled a little damp and AC a little noisy but did not affect sleep. Swimming pool needs walls at waterline cleaned. Overall a positive 2 night stay.

There were tiny reddish color bugs in the room that is bugging us. The reception offered to transfer us, but we refused to transfer, we're very tired to do so. Shouldn't have flying bugs in the hotel room.

We stayed here two nights for our trip to Kings Island. The staff were so nice and check in was seamless. They even let us check in an hour early. Any requests we had were immediately taken care of. The hotel was so clean, breakfast was delicious and it was so close to the parks. We would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved staying here! I will definitely do it again! Indoor Pool area temperature is perfect enough to keep water warm and swim. Room clean and safe room had a small fridge and small microwave I liked that. Breakfast was amazing as they had a little buffet of just everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
