The toilet was dirty. It had hair on it. When I talked to the man at the front desk, he said maintenance went home at 3:00. When I insisted he clean it, he did, but was on his phone the whole time and it was on speaker so I couldn’t talk to him. Wry poor service for a $200 room.

Hotel is a minimalist hotel. Room was very small although the biggest they had. Hotel is not good for traveller who have to bring more than a suitcaae to the room. Im sure it's a suitable hotel for a single traveller or business person. Lobby was comfortable For breakfast. Breakfast however stated dietary needs are our priority but when I asked for Gluten Free bread for toast they said they don't have any. Hotel was well priced.

Well it was interesting. There was a 25 car break in the first night in the parking lot. Second night someone set off the fire alarm mostly because they were dumb. On to the hotel- it was great. Staff was friendly, room was clean, pool was usable and the gym was great. Good variety of breakfast. Coffee was dependent on who made it, but we also like our coffee to have a kick so take it for what it’s worth.

Hotel was clean. Pet friendly. On the downside many cars were broken into in the parking lot. No cameras in back. Thought I was fair enough away that it was safer. Mason isn’t that safe of an area. Beware. Lock your car don’t leave stuff in your car.

Could have been better they “lost” our booking said it was the hotels.com fault even though it’s happen to other people trying to check in at the same time. Breakfast was not good at all even though it was a highlight about the hotel

The room was not completely clean, gummie snacks down the side of the bed. Shower not clean, I had bought Clorox wipes and cleaned myself. Bathroom floor was sticky and room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel desk staff on cellphones or personal laptops not attending to what what was going on in pool area or gym as there were children’s soccer teams staying at hotel. No one could enjoy the pool for the nearly 30 unsupervised kids there. Hotel staff did nothing.

I didn't like paying $100 pet fee for one night stay in a room with waterproff vinyl flooring. Also, the room was very small and hard to fit my pet's bed in on the floor. I'll do my best to avoid "pet friendly" Hilton in the future.

Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and up to date. They were very accommodating and helpful allowing my grandson's soccer team to gather for the evening and eat together in the lobby area that included tv's and a pool table. We all had a blast.

I was in town for a weekend of rollercoaster riding with my son. The hotel and room were great for a weekend trip like this. Everyone was wonderful and the room was clean and well-appointed. The only "negatives" that I ran into were the lack of water pressure in the shower and the broken ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors, forcing me to enter the fray of the breakfast area to get ice. The hydration station right next to the ice machine in the lobby did soften that blow significantly. All in all, a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!!

Loved the hotel. The walls were a little thin, could hear a lot throughout the night. What really concerned me was the door did not lock. After talking with MULTIPLE other guests, many other people at the hotel had a problem with their door not locking when you shut the door. What kind of hotel has issues with locking the door? It’s a pretty big problem for me. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great, it’s a shame I would never stay here again because of the locks.

The hotel is VERY CLEAN and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very, very close to King’s Island, in that you can see the Eiffel Tower and several rides easily from the hotel. Because of the building’s “budget” construction, it’s rather noisy. The rooms are not carpeted, which would have helped dampen noise. If you are booking this hotel for romantic encounters, please note that other patrons will be able to easily hear you. The restrooms are clean, roomy, and stocked with dispensers of good products for soap. There are a lot of breakfast choices, but you will be in line to make pancakes. There is only one coffee choice and they only had Coffee Mate, no Half&Half. If they had Half&Half, I would have given a 5 star rating. This hotel seems to cater to a lot of families with kids (and, apparently, people in the process of making them). It’s a good, clean hotel. Please bear in mind that, when you bring lots of kids, it is your responsibility to control them. I never let mine be so disruptive.

Beds were so uncomfortable! Small compared to other hotel rooms. As soon as we got off the elevator on the fourth floor you was hit with a stagnant smell. Smelled like they shampooed the carpet in the hallway and didn’t properly get all the water up/dry. Receptionists we’re great! Arrival and leaving!

The property was a 7 minute drive to Kings Island and a 30 minute drive to Cincy. The breakfast was good amd the hotel was next door to a Texas Roadhouse a Waffle House.

We were traveling with Emotional support animals and advised hotels.com with that information, gowever we were charged an additional $50 fee that we were not advised of. We had the ppwk for them however they dont waive it even with the certificate. Had we been made aware of this we wouldve chosen another hotel. In addition to this, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling (you can see where they tried to bleach and wipe it but its still there. We had the 2 cats with us but noone came to pick up trash and refill TP rolls etc so we had to go to the front desk any time we needed more towels, tp, to use the broom etc. I dont like trash piling up in pur room the entire visit. If we have to do the work we shouldve gotten a discount. I expected more from Hilton. On a positive note, we loved the soaps, body wash, lotions, shampoo and conditioners, you should sell them in the lobby

Super close to Kings Island. Literally across the road. But its about a 25minute drive to the Reds stadium/downtown cincy area. Clean but pillows are tiny. Good free breakfast area.

Upon entering the building, I was immediately greeted by the GM. She was very friendly and personable. She checked me in, gave me a little rundown of the hotel, and even offered to help me carry my bags. I was in love with the way the lobby was decorated! There was abundant seating and tables, a pool table, and beautiful colors everywhere. They have a nice selection of snacks to choose from. There is also a coffee bar in the lobby, which has name brand flavored and unflavored creamers. Our room met every expectation, and even exceeded in some areas; the amount of towels and washcloths was in excess compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in and the room was very clean. On this trip, was my mother, 3 kids (10, 8, and 3), and myself. There was plenty of room for all of us. We felt very comfortable and safe in this hotel. We definitely will be back during our next trip to the city.

The first room we got the AC wouldn’t work well so I told the front desk moved and they moved us to a new room! Both rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was great too!

Front desk staff was very nice. Overall, the hotel was very clean. The only negative I can think of is that you asked the how eco friendly it was… I did not see a recycling can and you use styrofoam plates at the breakfast.
