Location
All of the loud children that invaded it my last evening/morning there. Hate being woke up by children running and screaming in the hallways. Very disrespectful of others staying there.

The hotel was very clean from the second I walked in the doors and the staff was friendly. The room was very spacious. Great little kitchenette there with everything you need. The amenities were amazing.
The free hot breakfast didn't last, it was gone before we could get to it. They definitely didn't have enough for everyone there.

The location was great. I was there for an event at Kings Island which is located just around the corner. Decent breakfast which is important to me. Comfortable room and bed.
I went a day ahead of the event to just relax. I asked if the bar would be open and was told it opened at 5pm and then shortly after that was told it would NOT be opening. Very disappointing
