Location was good and very quiet however it would be advantageous if breakfast was served until 10:30 AM. Also I checked in on Tuesday evening no housekeeping provided to my room until Thursday afternoon which was. only change of towels and wastebaskets no vacuum of the carpet or making up of the bed during my entire 3 night stay. Rate I paid should afford daily room cleaning. Raina was the person whose card was in the room. Only saw her Thursday afternoon before I was on way out.

The front desk personnel was helpful, accurate, and quick. We got no housekeeping service in our room, which was fine, but there was no signage to indicate that. It would have been nice to know so that we could have gotten towels, makeup remover towelettes, cups, coffee, etc. before coming back late at night and not realizing something was needed until ready for bed and unable to go back to the desk. On the morning of checkout, I received an email with my bill which included charges from the market and restaurant that were not charged by us. A trip to the front desk soon solved the issue. I did not get the lady’s name who helped me, but I wish I had. She was friendly and solve the issue to my satisfaction. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, quiet, convenient, and comfortable.

This hotel was very clean and modern. Staff very friendly and professional. Check-in took seconds. Was kinda disappointed in regards to no free breakfast. Also on one end of the hotel there was a small parking lot, and on the other end is a large parking lot. My room was on the end closest to the small parking lot and there were never any parking spots open there. So we had to use the large parking lot and walk to the far end of the hotel. Also, there was no pool.

This hotel was one of the best we have ever visited. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Our room was exceeding our expectations and very very comfortable for the two days we stayed. From check in to check out, we were extremely satisfied and pleased. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area! Highly recommend this to anyone.

I booked this hotel based on proximity to the airport and because they offer free airport shuttle service. Well, their shuttle ends at 10pm and resumes at 7am both before and after I needed the shuttle service. Very disappointed! Additional costs of $41 were spent to pay for the taxis! I wish that they specified the shuttle hours in hotel description! Disappointing!

Was not as great as previous stays at this location. Not as clean to say exceptional but it wasn't dirty. There were things that showed cleaning was not done thoroughly. Still a great location and room, just need to work on how it used to be when i have stayed there in the past.
