- the location was brilliant a couple of minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town Main Street (near to the mercadona) very quiet location, felt extremely safe, don’t have to worry about keys as you have PIN codes to access the hotel main door and room.
Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Reception staff friendly and had no hassle at all - just enjoyed our holiday
The bathroom was a little tired,
Reception opening times are limited in order to leave bags upon checkout and no specific courtesy room but it didn’t affect our stay too much.

Clean and air conditioned.
No balcony. No fridge. No cup or glass in room. Only one window with a view of a brick wall 2 metres away. Tv remote control didn’t work.

Quiet area compared to other places in Benidorm, balcony was nice, good quality air con, homely vibe at hotel

The room had all advertised amenities. The description said the room had a “patio” but in reality it was a very nice balcony, so that was an improvement. The room was larger than I was expecting. The air conditioning was good. The central location is a 5 minute walk from the beach and was quiet at night. I liked the virtual check in service and not having to speak to anyone to get into my room.
It had clearly been a smoking hotel in the past as my room smelt strongly of stale smoke. Despite advertising a room cleaning and towel change every other day, this didn’t happen. That was disappointing as it was a beach holiday and so naturally my room accumulated sand from my swimming costume, so there was sand everywhere as no one came to clean the room. The room did not match the images on Booking.com, which show nice furnishings that are not in the room. I might consider staying here again if they actually cleaned the room like they said they would.
