Asunto oli siisti, tilava ja rauhallinen. Parveke oli mukava lisä, siinä mahtui nauttimaan aamupalaa. Ok varustelu. Ilmastointi toimi todella hyvin.
Huoneiston edessä olevat portaat olivat remontissa. Huoneistoon piti kiertää. Tarjolla oli myös hissi, joka oli kauempana. Portaita (nousuja) oli paljon, eli ei huonojalkaisille.
