Nestled in Yachats, this charming house for $294 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Ocean Observatory Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Up to 10 family members or friends can stay at this lovely three-story vacation home. Ocean views, a private hot tub, WiFi, and more spoil guests and make this a wonderful place to spend an Oregon Coast getaway. Set atop a hill on the east side of Yachats, you'll find the location to be perfect for experiencing everything nearby. Walk into town for forgotten items, take a stroll on the beach, and explore the great outdoors by hiking nearby trails. With views of the coastline and the Coast Mountain Range, nature's splendor is front and center here. The middle, main level is made up of a well-decorated living room, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room table for six, a laundry room, a full bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. Relax while watching a movie on the flatscreen TV in the living room after a delicious home-cooked meal in the kitchen (major and small appliances included). Cable, Netflix, and a DVD player are all included for your convenience! The lowest floor is a great spot to let the kids play and sleep (a set of two twin roll-a-way beds and futon are set downstairs). A foosball table, card table, and a second TV keep everyone occupied. Two more bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, are set upstairs next to a full bathroom. All 10 guests have a place to rest among the five beds and sofabed. The beach in Yachats is something else. With less crowds and plenty of tide pools to explore, you'll love spending hours beachcombing, chasing seagulls, building sand castles, surfing, and so much more. Walk into town to shop and dine at delicious eateries like The Green Salmon Coffee Shop and Luna Sea Fish House. Florence, Waldport, and Newport are within an easy drive and offer even more activities. Make lasting memories at this contemporary Oregon home. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We all had a great time staying here. The views of the ocean from the balconies were stunning and the town center was easily walkable. The kitchen had more than enough to easily cook a few meals. Overall the house was great, clean and easy to check in.

The house worked great for our family group of 8. Location was walking distance to town and beach. House was clean and well equipped Beds were our only issue as they were soft and lumpy. Sheets were somewhat scratchy. Not a big enough issue to not stay again if in area

Clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen. There were fruit trees on the property and lots of hummingbirds and blue jays. Amazing!

The location is amazing. It was so quite, yet was just a couple blocks walk to all the restaurants and pubs in Yachats. The two balconies with ocean views were so relaxing. I'm afraid to say more as I don't want everyone to book this place as I hope to stay again soon.

My biggest complaint is that Vacasa didn't seem prepared for us to be a longer stay. Not enough dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, bromine tabs, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.

This house is a quiet, relaxing retreat with plenty of room for the kids and grandkids to spread out. Beautiful views, close to downtown businesses, and a 2-minute drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home in a great location
This home is well appointed with plenty of space to find some privacy or hang out together. It is a short walk to downtown and the beach. Yachats is a great little town with plenty to keep you busy nearby. If relaxing and soaking in tge hot tub is your thing, this home is perfect!

The view, the site, the amenities were all great. The bathtub wouldn't fill and we were awakened in the night by a carbon monoxide sensor going off even tho' the house was all electric. Top on the spa needs replacing.

This place was really great, super kid friendly with kid cups, plates, and silverware! One of the best kitchens I've been in.

Wow. Thank you. Our family spent 2 nights here on our spring break road trip “quest” to see all OR lighthouses. We are so glad we did. Cape Perpetua is minutes away, the Drift Inn just down the road treated us to DELICIOUS food, and the market and Green Salmon coffee were blocks away. All was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
