just one thing - I'm a really light sleeper and my bed (in room 519) creaked quite a lot, so I woke up a lot :)

Amazing hotel which was sparkling clean. Lovely facilities with a massive selection of food each day (all inclusive), rooms were fabulous and staff very friendly. Myself and my family had a wonderful weeks holidays at the Riu Palace Palmeras and 100% will be back as soon as we can. Thank you everyone who works there for making this a special holiday.

the quality of the food selection has changed for the better.
Snack bar is not changed enough and I feel I've caught good poisoning from it as I've been off work with diarrhoea for almost a week after my trip ended. the beds are too hard and I'd asked for extra blankets but ignored.
I asked if possible to stay later on the last day as I had become feeling unwell, and was happy to pay, yet you suggested you needed the room for new guests. You were able to book a few rooms on booking.com for this same night so I know you were not full and don't appreciate you lying to not be helpful.
I have a bell pepper allergy and wrote in to you to then recieve a reply that I must call the hotel reception desk, which I did, to still not have a better experience while dining. You placed red and green peppers in with cabbage, cauliflower, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, mixed vegetables, on salad leaves and mixed in with many meats. On several occasions half the options were oddly mixed with bell peppers and I found this to be unacceptable and unnecessary.
The gym has one cable machine and it was broken most the week. Air con didn't work in the gym.
