Fantastisch

Alles beviel ons aan dit hotel. De locatie, het ontbijtbuffet, de kamer, het zwembad en daarbij nog eens een pluim voor het ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We hebben dan ook onmiddellijk terug geboekt voor ons volgend verblijf. Een speciaal woordje van dank ook voor Angela, een Nederlandstalige dame aan de receptie die ons ook nog eens in onze moedertaal te woord kon staan.

Niets. Er was totaal niets negatiefs te vertellen over dit fantastisch hotel;

Perfect location in Playa del Ingles. Human size resort with a perfect breakfast.

Top location of this resort.. close to all sites of interest in Playa del Ingles. The resort is kept immaculate clean. Breakfast is extensive and because it is a relative small resort one does not feel to be in a tourist trap.

The resort consists of two locations (opposite each other in the same street. We were not located in the main building, hence a smaller pool (too small for a swim), additionally no free coffee during the day, unless you run across the street to get a coffee. The smaller location does not have a bar. What did strike me most though, is that the cleaning lady left the doors (back mainly), but also front door (one time) unlocked. Knowing from a previous experience, this can definitely invite theft.

Incredible Comfort, Convenience and Tranquility.

The Hotel was exceptional , Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing, Lovely Room with very comfortable and large Bed. Housekeeping were very good and the room was Cleaned to a high Standard. I will recommend it to my friends and definitely will not hesitate to book again.

I didn't like one thing, not having a Restaurant at night inside the Hotel. I got sick and couldn't leave the room but i had to leave the hotel room to eat as there was no food after 7pm or something like that.

Relaxing / perfect.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection of hot and cold food. Pastries etc. Great coffee. Omelettes etc made to order. Hotel is in a fab location next to Yumbo centre which is what I wanted. Even though it was so close it was very quiet at night.

Superb

Lovely small, quiet adult only hotel located right by the Yumbo centre. The (multilingual) staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was easily enough space around the pool area for the number of guests, which was surprisingly peaceful given the proximity to the nightlife of the Yumbo centre across the road. Rooms had everything you could need, including a small private open area at the back of the room with seating. Small seating area to the front of the room by the pool meant you can swap between the two depending on how hot it was etc. Plenty to choose from, both hot and cold, for breakfast which was included, however as a vegan the options were limited (as you'd expect in Gran Canaria). Saw people having freshly cooked pancakes and omlettes made whilst you wait by the hotel chef. Drinks and bar snacks were reasonably priced. Although the menu and kitchen opening times are limited, there are many options nearby for food so this isn't an issue. Ideal base for a relaxing holiday and would def consider returning if we happen to visit Maspalomas in the future.

The gym is quite small and was exceptionally warm during our stay as it does not have air conditioning. Limited vegetarian and vegan food options available for breakfast/on the bar menu.

Off Season good value

Simply the location. That is the best here

It was off season and a couple could stay longer in their room which was denied to me. When I finally left, the cleaning Lady still wasn‘t in my room … as claimed that it will be needed for new guest arriving. The breakfast buffet was ok. The restaurant closes at 7pm. As a Solo Traveler its not very friendly.

Room layout and facilities ideal

only minor thing, some of the towels and bedding have seen better days, but i understand it's hard to keep things like new especially with all the washing and sun cream staining, everything was clean, but a few stains/marks on some bedding and towels.

the perfect stay in maspalomas

the location of the property is perfect, just next to Yumbo center and short walking distance to playa del ingles. the room was spacious and the shower room was amazing. the staff is super friendly and helpful. i would definitely book it for my next trip.

at the breakfast, a name tag for the displayed breakfast items is appreciated.

Fabulous - so quiet - highly recommend

Second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time.

Only criticism would be that they did not have soya milk available at breakfast when i asked for it on first day but they did apologise make it available for the following day so rectified.

Trust me: one of the best hoteles in Maspalomas/Playa del Ingles area.

Clean, modern… a little bit of home from home

This short trip for me coincided (as I discovered) with the rescheduled Carnival Week - delayed due to the pandemic. normally that would be great. I however came assuming it would be the typically VERY quiet & restful month of June… in reality that couldn’t have been further from the truth… party party party with horrendous noise from the complex Nextdoor and the Yumbo too. Not the hotels ‘problem’ of course. I was pleased to move to a quieter location for the last two weeks where I could pace myself and get some rest to aid my recovery. The Nayra hotel having stayed there many times is still one of my favourites in PDI. Great for a solo traveller… gay or straight. for two people I still feel it’s a big snug! The accommodation is cleaned daily although the arrival of the maid always either seems to coincide with when you get back from a 3 hour walk - all hot & bothered! the breakfast arrangement is great - catering to those who like hit food or salad, or pastries and gets refreshed from 8 until 11. I have no doubt I will hopefully return again - health permitting (& BA of course!!!)

Perfect

So close to a very lively centrum, but in Hotel Nayra it was quiet. Adults only was super. No kids. Really it was very very good. Breakfast was sublime. Staff was very friendly and helped in every which way they could.

Would have liked bar snacks. The plumbing was not good The pipes under the sink came apart so water spilled over the floor. This was however very promptly fixed
