Incredible! Absolute must go for families!

Incredible! We swapped hotels to here 4 days into our 10 day holiday and prayed it was as good as it looked and it truly was! Welcoming reception, spacious clean rooms with brilliant air con, amazing swimming pools for the kids - and a beautiful touch that they gave us a teddy bear in our babies cot on arrival with a note to say it was for him to keep. The food was incredible. We did B&B as were non drinkers and like to explore restaurants so didn’t think we’d make use of the ALL-IN but the breakfast was amazing and we ate in the Restuarant on one night at our expense and had a lovely Mexican themed night. For those who like to eat out I can highly recommend El Rodeo and The Greek Village which are a short walk from the hotel. The Greek as the best Greek I’ve ever eaten. I hightly recommend also getting the free bus down to the beach it’s a lovely day out. You can rent chairs with umbrellas and there’s lovely places to go for a drink to get out of the sun. You can’t go wrong with a Cafe De Paris in Gran Canaria they have one down the beach and at the Yumbo. Also very handy you have a supermarket on door step and can use your room key to go out back gate directly into it for any late night drinks/snacks! Thankyou for an amazing stay, we will be staying with HD again!

Perfect location. Good amenities although the main swimming pool was under some work. Quiet. Good breakfast

Cleaner didn't wash the dishes and we couldn't either as there was no soup at all. Quiet, and very family orientated.

nice place to stay clean calm and good money value. breakfast was good. Swimming area with activity and some music good for kids but if ur couple looking for calm place better to choose another place.

far from the beach 20-30 min walk or there is bus for transportation to the sea side but we never used it has fixed schedule.

Overall amazing stay - will come back :)

Nice facilities and very relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely loved the bungalows and decorations. Food and drink which was included was also good value for money.

Entertainment could be better, some nights were a little quiet so we ventured into the town instead.

Amazing activities at the hotel

Activities and amazing staff know how entertained the quests. We had a fabulous reunion time there. Thank you so much

We had only 10 min dining and had to pay full price of buffet. The waitress isn't not friendly and understanding.

great rooms, decent location, more than okay facilities

staff were slightly rude and uncooperative - all i wanted was an iron and a board (wouldve even paid) but zero help was given - I thought an iron is basic hotel equipment - breakfast manager is an unpleasant person as well, he held me by the arm as I was going to be “escorted” to pay for breakfast; to clarify, we accidentally booked without breakfast and this is how I was asked to pay for it - which obviously I did, but not after reminding him that I’m a guest and he will certainly not hold me like a criminal :) again, our mistake for what we booked, but this is not the way to handle customers

Neat bungalow resort

- Bungalows are nice, cleaned 6 times per week, good shower and beds - Stuffed animal present for our 6 years old daughter, she loved (loves) it! - Park is kid friendly - Personnel is friendly and helpful - Park is cleaned and maintained pretty well - Food & Drinks are good and diverse enough for the stay up until 2 weeks - The Italian restaurant ‘La Trattoria’ offers good quality Italian food - Variety of pools and entertainment is good - Big compliments for specific personnel: Giovanni (Animation team), Alejandro (Restaurant) and Antonio (Bar)!

- Cleaning upon arrival could have been better, especially the floor and tables - The temperature of some of the ‘warm’ food could be better - Gym opening at 09:00 AM, recommended earlier in the morning (07:00/08:00 AM) - Italian restaurant ‘La Trattoria’ closed for the larger part of our stay at the hotel - More non-alcoholic beers and cocktails would be nice - Coffee machines in de restaurant only functioning during breakfast? If you want coffee during lunch or after dinner you have to get it outside - Coffee machines outside not always functioning at 07:00 AM in the morning for people that want to get an early coffee - Doves (birds) in the outside part of the restaurant are very annoying..

It was nice…but that’s it. Unfortunately I don’t think I would return.

The facilities, location and staff were great.

The food was adequate but not great. It was often bland and tasteless. Not much happening in terms of entertainment….definitely needs some investment and more thought.

location is quite far from the beach area so not great to walk that distance in the heat of the sun. but very cheap and easy to get a taxi if needed.

Beautiful setting and great bungalows

Setting is lovely great bungalows with outside space and lovely pool. also very good location would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Bar and restaurant are also really good.

Whilst it was clean the housekeeping wasn’t quite as prompt and thorough as usual which could well be due to Covid/staffing and the fact it is usually excellent. There are also lots of children there which is fine but if you prefer it quiet then it may not be for you! Also had twin beds again it was a busy week but more double bed options would be good.

amazing, but….

the property is amazing! we loved our room, we loved the facilities and we loved the food! it was clean and it smelled amazing.

There was two receptionists, one younger man and a middle aged lady. the middle aged lady was just rude. We hadn’t booked all inclusive and weren’t emblem guest and I feel like because of that she looked down on us. The guy was lovely and very helpful but the lady was unacceptable. We asked if we could upgrade to emblem as we just felt they were treated better and she just said sorry they are busy. Who is they? We asked to upgrade to all inclusive and she said no not possible, not even looking at us. It seemed like the guy was new and had to ask her a lot and she would always act as if she was fed up with him asking her. Honesty speaking we were afraid to complain as she was either the one picking up the phone or right there at the reception. Unfortunately that’s the only thing we didn’t like and that altered the experience a little but apart from that it was amazing!

excellent resort and I would recommend it to any travelling group or family

-Good facilities. Amenities were sufficient for 5 people and the staff were friendly to our requests -the staff spoke good english so there was no problem in communication

the checkout time did not match with the booking.com timing. booking.come said 14:00 but the hotel told us 12:00 so we had to pay extra.

Children’s and family’s paradise. Really nice and lovely place.

We loved everything. The food was delicious and really diverse. We could even swim in the pool (several pools) in January. We really loved the set up and our family bungalow. Children (5 and 8 years old) had a lot to do there, multiple playgrounds. And grownups could eat or rest and children could play on the children’s pool or at the playground and parents could see them. Staff was really nice and helpful. Thank you very much.
