Brilliant week away, wished it was longer.

We had a lovely time here. Just out of the way enough to have a lovely peaceful relaxed holiday, but close enough to the town and beach by a longish walk or free transfer bus. All the staff were absolutely brilliant. Cheerful, helpful. Especially reception staff and cleaners. In the restaurant too, chefs, waiting staff, all great! Food was very good too! Rooms were very clean and kept clean every day by the wonderful house cleaners. Absolutely loved our stay and will book again next time to Maspalomas xx

Only gripe was, there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Luckily we took our travel kettle with us. There is a fridge in the room however with mini market across the road. So all was good 👍🏼

would stay again

liked the tranquility & layout of the resort which meant it was very peaceful. the location was great just a short taxi ride away from the nightlife the staff were super friendly & very helpful

first nights bungalow was in poor location & a bit run down but the next morning we were swapped into a better location & bungalow

Location You must have a car to get anywhere from this hotel, or take a taxi. No entertainment in hotel at all. The room I got was the closest to the entry gates. And the guy at the front desk said, I was getting a very quiet, good room—a liar. Everything is old. Hotel car parking on the sand

Nice stay but not a 4-star one

The pool was nice, the breakfast was tasty and the staff were very friendly.

There were plenty of different incects (I got one cockroach inside my trainers, and had to deal with plenty of mosquitoes despite not opening any windows). The room was not as clean as I would expect. The beds could be more comfortable. The power outlets were loose and charging phones was very tricky.

When we checked out I had left my wallet in the room; didn't realise until 2 hours later. Maid found it and handed it to reception. Honest staff!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, friendly and helpfull staff, delicious food, they clean every day and change the towels, the Wi-Fi was a bit bad working, but I spend more time with my daughter and this was a good thing. The beach is like 8 minutes away with the car. but they have bus aswell which takes you to the beach, we prefered spend time in the resort, was more relaxing then going to the beach,🤗 I highly recommend the location, it's stunning.

okay needs to upgrade the swimming pool.

the layout of the hotel was good and the villas were nice too. breakfast was okay. free parking was next to hotel.

breakfast was bit okay and plain could have done something but nicer with flavours as it tasted bit olain. cockroaches came into our hotel. but I guess it’s something that can be fixed if we closed the doors or they had pesticides. no restaurants nearby. everything was ten mins drive away. so recommend hiring a car. parking near the hotel however the parking area was Rocky and not part of the hotel. the water in the pool was ice cold. wouldn’t stay there again.

A fantastic find and I hope to stay there again

Very friendly staff from the moment we arrived very helpful answering any questions. A 25 minute walk to the nightlife and restaurants and 25 minutes the other way to the beach . Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast buffet included. Ended up extending our stay

Everything was great, we enjoyed our staying. The staff was very nice, especially the ladies with the cleaning. They are always smiling and they do a good job, everything is very clean. The bungalows are very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, quite large and well maintained. The gardens from the bungalows are also nice with bloomimg plants. I didn't like that they had artificial grass, but maybe it's easier for them to avoid the noise when cutting the grass... The food was also good, breakfast with multiple choices and fresh pressed orange juice, which is great. Nothing to complain about!

They could do something with the parking area to make it look a little better...

Lovely little bungalow type accomodation. very private. nice and quiet for chilled out stay.

No kettle in the room or phone to contact reception. As all inclusive, my only other fault was no inclusive ice-lollies to enjoy round the pool and icecream only available at snack times (to be hand in bowls which couldnt be taken by the pool.

Nice resort, but accommodations are lacking

The pool and the food was very good as were the staff. The WIFI was fine although a little patchy at times. But the main problem was that the AC was very poor, and you could not adjust even when it worked. There were thousands of mosquitoes and these would often be dead outside by room and would not be cleaned away.

I stated at this hotel for about a week and maybe I am more used to the US grading system, but I believe 4 start in the US is 3 star in Spain. The staff were always very friendly, and the unit I stayed at was ok, but would have been great if the following could have been improved. Indeed, the following really let down this resort. There was no English channels on the TV, apart from one or two, could not be watched as the reception was so poor. The AC unit was at a set temp and could have been cooler. For 2 days the AC was not working and when it was it was around 23.5C. But the worst thing, was the mosquitoes. For about 3 days housekeeping did not come, and the number of dead bugs on the ground in front of my apt and at night would come into the apt. I would like to give this resort another shot maybe at some point if things improve, but I recommend to stay around the pool in the 100s; my unit was in the 300s and was a short distance from a lake. The food was good and the lovely pool and the dinning area was clean.

Staff very friendly, bed very comfy

No coffee making facilities in room, which is a must for a 4 star accommodation. Rooms were a bit tired and to be fair more 3 star than 4.

acceptable given the price, but certainly not luxurious

Spacious bungalows with sofa, table, desk, fridge with a nice design. Good price. Very friendly staff. Nice plants on the park, it's a nice bungalow park to see.

The quality of the food in the buffet was below average (I had breakfast and dinner, half-board). The sauna was not operational because of a technical issue. Hard/uncomfortable pillows. (But the bed mattress was good.) Pool unheated. Poor state of maintenance in bungalow (some power outlets not working/intermittently working, paint residue on surfaces, jammed door, ...)
