Le manque de respect par rapport au sommeil.Après 8 heures du matin personne ne peut dormir à cause des travaux un peu partout…

Großzügige Zimmer, moderne Ausstattung, sonniger Balkon, Blick über den Golfplatz und die Dünen bis zum Faro, ruhiger Pool, ausgiebiges Frühstück, Spa und Fitness vorhanden. Modern, sauber und freundlich. Tolle Lage nahe am Yumbo und direkt zu den Dünen.
Abendessen (HP) war etwas eintönig, Mittagessen am Pool eher teurer und nicht frisch.

The hotel is a spa hotel and it is obvious there is a spa fee if you compare single use or double use of the rooms. Despite this they charge you 1 EUR for each time you need a new spa towel, which you need to sit on in saunas and steam bath. This is in my opinion only greed and not how any other spa hotel I stayed at do. It's unhygienic and unprofessional. It's not the money as such but if you pay 245 per night for 10 nights you get surprised and disappointed. This is a lasting impression of the stay. It also made deselect the options to eat at the hotel or use massage etc. The spa was also kind of dated.

This hotel was perfect in every way. We got a complimentary room upgrade on arrival, the staff were more than helpful, the breakfast was great, the pool area was well kept, and the free spa access is a great added bonus. We would return to this holiday in a heartbeat!

The property is ideal location for a life of the resort, but far enough away for peace and tranquility, to sit and have breakfast with a wonderful view towards faro maspalomas the sand dunes and a beautiful golf course which is below the suites so you hear no noise
The gardener started work early digging outside suites, but this was a first never happened during previous stays, and the gardens do look lovely

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. It was very close to the Maspalomas Dunes, Yumbo for nightlife, as well as many restaurants and supermarkets.
The pool was lovely and never too busy and the spa was amazing; perfect way to start the day.
My room was large and had a beautiful view from the balcony. It had all items I needed such as kettle, cups, glasses etc. The shower was nice and I enjoyed the fact the room had a TV in both the seating area and the bed room.
I had a really relaxing stay and would 100% recommend the Vital Suites hotel. Perfect place to unwind and chill out.
Unfortunately, the only issue I had was with the temperature of the room. The air conditioning
unit wasn't great and it took a very long time to cool the room. I didn't manage to sleep much on the first night due to how hot the room was.
The staff were very helpful though and did change my room on the second day. However, the aircon in the alternative room broke completely within 10 mins of moving in! I must have just been unlucky! 🤣😅
The staff offered a third room but I declined and decided to just move back to the first room and rent a fan from a shop at the Yumbo centre. It really helped to move the air around and I was totally comfortable after that.
That's the only issue I faced and I really didn't mind as the hotel was so lovely.

We were here a week on low season and the hotel was calm and quiet with suited us perfect.
A bit surprised that we almost didn´t heared the traffic from the street outside.
We hand a spacious room but spent most the time on the balcony :)
The small pantry was - small! Easyer to do the dishes in the bathroom.
The breakfast was 13 € wich is a bit too excpensive we think.

They view from our balcony was amazing. The cleanliness of the whole hotel was top notch and the breakfast was amazing.
The location was great a few minutes walk to the Yumbo centre but you would need to get a taxi home from Playa De Ingles at night time. The spa area was an added bonus to the hotel. The gym although I didn't get to use it looked as though it had a lot of great equipment.
Just a bit expensive to use the spa everyday during your stay as one complimentary voucher is not enough if you are staying there for a week. Also it would have been nice if the bar at reception was open a night time for a night cap.
More information on things to do and where the markets are would be helpful as we were sent to the wrong place for the market which is now opposite Mulligans Irish Pub in Playa Del Ingles.

Oh wow what a hidden gem. we had a ground floor room 224 and it was wonderful. large, spacious, comfortable and clean. It was cleaned daily we had fresh towels and new bedding. Breakfast was fresh and substantial as was the evening meal. It is a 20 minute stroll to the Beach but Taxis are always available and very reasonable. It is a peaceful and relaxing place just a lovely clean welcoming hotel and we will definitely return. Thank you

Fantastic location in a quiet area of the resort but walking distance to beach and bars. Really lovely hotel with views of golf course and sand dunes. Very peaceful. Staff make this hotel. Really friendly and nothing to much trouble, from reception, waiters and cleaners, they work very hard constantly cleaning and serving you. Definitely get 5 star treatment. Even the life guard was cleaning the pool area non stop. Lovely people. No loud music or entertainment at hotel. We went half board and had breakfast and dinner on the 5 nights. Lovely food and no negatives. Breakfast served 7.30 to 10.30. Lunch and snacks available from €10. Dinner served 6.30 to 9.30pm. Bar closed at 10.30pm. Great pool area. Lovely spa and indoor pool. We had room 405, overlooking the golf course. Could get a bit noisy at meal times but didn’t bother us. Room a good size and lovely patio area with sun loungers, table and two chairs. Taxis cheap in the resort. Visit the Maspalomas light house. Lovely area with designer shops and lovely restaurants. We walked but taxi only €6.

The location is amazing: the view on the golf, the pool terrace where u can enjoy the view of the dunes and of the ocean; it takes few minutes to go everywhere in Maspalomas and in Playa des Ingles and the zone where the hotel is located is really relaxing and quiet. The staff was amazing and so available for everything, from the bar to the cleaning person! Really recommended.

Loved the setting with the view over the golf course. Very nice esthetic and architecture of the hotel. The staffer responsible for cleaning our room was great, and made sure the room looked tip top every day.

I was looking for an easy access hotel from Parque del sur, after my TGC race.
It was clean, simple, nothing to complain.
We had a mishap with the initial room we were given and they fixed it right a way.
The bathroom flooded in the initial room we were given.
In their defense, they acted on it and upgraded it us.

The staff is fabulous. Very helpful and nice.
The spa could be free for more days. Especially it is not many people using it during our stay. The room is a bit old-ish. And the cleaner doesn't change the clean cups at all, even put in very obvious places. There is no washing liquid in the room, so it is hard for us to clean them ourselves.

The room (406) was spacious and clean. beautiful views over the golf course. A large bathroom with both bath and shower.
The room as cleaned daily and the towels changed.
I did not like that we had to enter the room via the patio doors and were unable to use the main door to the room, this was concerning if there had been a fire.
The air conditioning did not appear to work and the room was very warm at night. If we had been there in the summer months this would have been a bigger issue.

Size of the room.
I asked for quite room at the réception and underlined that i really need rest and to sleep in. Was woken up every day at latest 8am either by cleaning man (not house keeping) that was cleaning the garden and his plastik bucket or construction work infront of the hotel. I asked for quite room. Would have been more honest of the stuff to tell me this is not possible as they are going to do garden work next day starting from 8am with construction like noise. Totally overpriced. Gym was dusty and dirty, half of the mashines were out of order/broke. Towels looked dirty and stained, as they where already used or not cleaned properly. Not even the breakfast was included in this high price. Also at the breakfast buffet stuff was really loud, where joking and talking loud across the whole restaurant, like one waiter chatting and making jokes to another waiter that is on the other side of the restaurant area. Like if the hotel guest were not existing. But the whole bread and croissants that where gone on the buffet were not filled up again, so if you did not get any, there was no filling up of the buffet again, the stuff was rather joking around and not making sure the buffet was taken care of. This is not a 4* place and service, but totally overpriced 170€ per night, loud, dirty towles and not even a breakfast included. And when you ask for a quite room you got lied by the stuff and woken up by house/garden construction noise of the hotel in the very early morning. It is not my style to complain, but this just does not feels right and more like a rip-off. A refund would be much appreciated.

The bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
The food was very poor. Very little choice and deserts were awful a choice between what looked like cold rice pudding and Ice cream. Paid €800 for 5 nights and had to eat out some of the nights. No coffee in room after 1st night and none available in reception. Sauna needs serious attention and changing room in spa. Had an amazing massage and the staff in the spa were lovely. Couch in my room was so uncomfortable you couldn't sit there.
Really felt I'd been over charged for what I got.

far beyond expectations! Excellent staff, facilities in garden Paradise with stellar views across gardens, golf course to Faro de Maspalomas. Thoroughly enjoyed the thalasso pool and all in that area!

The hotel has a nice, relaxing atmosphere and a great view over the valley below and the golf course. Very quiet room; no cars or road noise, excellent if you want to relax. I appreciated that the reception's staff gave me a quiet room, as I asked. 🙂
All staff was friendly, helpful and polite. We had dinner included, ang the chef noticed that I was carefull with lactose, and made lactose free soups for the next evenings. I wish to warmly thank him! 🙏💗
