Beautiful hotel and overall a wonderful stay. I loved my experience at Rondo Hotel and would definitely stay again next time I’m in Gran Canaria! The rooms are spacious, the food delicious and the staff very friendly. Thank you! :)
The only issue was that my room floor wasn’t properly clean on arrival, although this was rectified immediately. I did notice the housekeeping team only use brooms rather than hoovers, which may explain it. Hopefully management can provide hoovers to help them keep the rooms spotless!

Perfect location
Need more pool beds (they have space). The hotel was full and they don’t have enough pool beds for everyone so it’s a bit disappointing. Towels in the bathroom get wet easily so they might need to improve that and also there was not even a bottle of water when you get to the room. I’m the room, although there’s plenty of space for your clothes, it needs some drawers.
