Lovely staff, hotel kept clean and food options were always great.
Our room, below standard, could hear the other toilet flushing, air conditioning wasn't so great and a very average room for the 14 night stay. Cockroaches were dealt with when reported.

"The Staff and the pool. This hotel is probably one of the nicest I've stayed in Gran canaria."
