On arrival we had access to a changing room as we arrived prior to check in which was much nicer than a toilet.
Room was comfortable with everything we needed.
Great choice at breakfast plus food served at the pool side restaurant was nice.
Friendly staff throughout the hotel.
Location good for Yumbo Centre, supermarket and 20 mins walk down hill to the beach. (However taxi rank at the door if you don't fancy the walk)
Designated smoking area at the bar/ outside eating area would make sitting under the parasols for non smokers more pleasant, especially when eating.

Recommend - great location and the cleanlinesss is second to none. Great selection of items at breakfast and dinner. The housekeeping and poolside staff really are excellent - Reception staff do let the side down - quite abrupt and not personable. I have been coming to the don miguel for over 15 years - its starting to look a little tired, maybe a refurb in the next few years? Overall - would recommend.

Breakfast very nice, location perfect in normal weather conditions. Overall: Good looking hotel !
Because of the poor weather the hotel was Very cold and wet, (no extra blankets) Leakage into the room on floor, from the sockets and ceiling. Weather also obstructed guests from enjoying really nice sides of the hotel.
