The staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was clean, the communal areas were cleaned regularly. We enjoyed 2 out of the seven evenings entertainment, the solo female artist on the Sunday and solo male artist on the Monday were very good. The few days with hired entertainment during the were very good. Sunbeds had to be reserved quite early however the life guard removed towels from the loungers which were saved but un-used. Pool towels are available and can been changed for clean ones with a charitable donation of 1€ per towel.
The evening entertainment wasn't great. The queues for the bar could be quite long/slow when people were ordering cocktails or ice cream. The all-inclusive is 11am-11pm, the bar closed at 12 which meant paying for drinks during the last hour which seemed quite odd. The evening meals were a little limited in choice, with pork being a regular choice. The food was often luke warm rather than hot. The wardrobes in the room are very small and do not accommodate three people for 7 days.

The all-inclusive food selection was very poor for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the drinks were mostly syrup, making the all-inclusive a very bad idea. The room stank of humidity. The staff was unfriendly, they all looked bored and jaded. No matter how excited or friendly I was to greet them or ask for anything, a taxi, a drink, no one shared a smile, made eye contact, or had a frown on their face. I decided to sacrifice this hotel's remote location for a better experience, but that was a mistake.
