We had a really good stay overall. The hotel has an excellent location, the pool was great, and the drinks were very good. The animation team was also amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few things that could be improved. The hotel is quite old, and unfortunately I saw several cockroaches in my room, which was disappointing. Also, on one occasion, my husband went to the bar to order a cocktail and unfortunately the staff did not treat him very well.

This is a family friendly resort, or if you travelling with elderly member they will like the peace calm, service at the resort very comforting. from food to entertainment all under one roof. excellent staff, they go extra mile to support you (for us they cooked pasta for our kid as per his need) Also events throughout the day will keep your young or old ones very busy. Dunes are just 5min walking, go for evening stroll and catch the sunset. Brillant spot. Supermarket, bus stop, multicusine restaurants - Indian food @ Tandoori Indian, Sushi , chinese, Mexican all near by. Love the vibe, love the stay. Would recommend any couple who wants to stay in Gran Canaria shouldnt miss the opportunity to stay at this fabulous place.
Some rooms are accessed via 4 to 5 steps (people with buggy might find a little - not so good). Also if they have atleast a staff who could spare 10 mins, when you arrive at the reception to show to your room. finding the directions, lift might be a little to stressful after a 4 hour long flight or a baby who wants to sleep after along flight.

The cleanliness of the room in and the staff were nice and helpfull. All inclusive drinks and snacks were good too
Overall the food at the restaurant was average at best. The swimming pool areas were extremelly busy so felt more crowded than we would like
