About this condo rental
Situated in Saint Pete Beach, this lovely condo for $285 per night is a great option for your next vacation. We are on a private beach that is not crowded. Our pool and hot tub are beautiful and open for guests. There are restaurants nearby that are serving delicious food and drinks with indoor seating or the preferred table on the beach with a view. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach during this difficult and crazy time. Fresh air, sounds of waves and seagulls with no crowds makes a healthy and relaxing getaway. This is one of the newest condominiums on the pristine 'St Pete Beach'. The building is directly on the beautiful white sandy beach and our unit has an amazing southwest view, Unit 304. It is independently managed to ensure exceptional cleaning, luxury towels and linens,and excellent customer service. We just installed a brand new air conditioner which is quiet and efficient at cooling and dehumidifying. We also have many extra amenities specific to our unit which include a 36 inch LCD TV in master bedroom, 50 inch Plasma TV in living room, Tempurpedic-like King Mattress in master bedroom, gel-infused memory foam twin beds in 2nd bedroom, new master bedroom and living room furniture, 4 patio chairs with ottoman and small dining table, and high-end faucet. Fully painted inside and outside in November 2018. Additional information can be emailed to you upon request. This particular unit in the building has the BEST COMBINATION OF FLOOR PLAN, GULF VIEW and POOL VIEW available. It has a double balcony off the living room and master bedroom which overlooks the gorgeous, white, sandy beach and an inviting pool and hot tub. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open and spacious with lots of light. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a flat screen tv. The master bedroom has a new high quality king mattress set with Tommy Bahama comforter and luxury linens. (Please see photo with mattress description below.) The unit is fully furnished, professionally decorated, and maintained to high standards. It has a fully-equipped spacious kitchen and two full baths, all of which have beautiful, 'granite countertops'. The main living area has beautiful, beige tile and the master bedroom has nice textured designer carpet. The large dining area is situated between the living and kitchen areas and can seat 4-5 people comfortably. The unit is approximately 750 sq ft plus the balcony. A floor plan can be seen as one of the photos in this listing below also. Just a short walk through the pool area and out to the white sandy beach, you can find a nice peaceful spot to sit and relax. After enjoying the peaceful gulf waters, watching the seaguls, listening to the ocean, and feeling the sunshine, you can easily walk back to the condo, take a dip in the pool, and walk the beach to a nice restaurant or enjoy a meal that you can prepare yourself in our fully equipped kitchen. Walking the beach to the south is the beautiful and historical 'Don Cesar Hotel', where you can enjoy a nice lunch, dinner, or ice cream. Just to the north are other fantastic beach-side tiki bars and restaurants which are in walking distance. As for activities, there is a beach rental place for water bikes, kayaks, jet skis, sail boats, etc... about a half mile north of our unit. We recommend the parasailing. It is an unforgettable experience where you will see some exceptional views. There are also fishing, snorkeling, dolpin-watching, sunset sailing boat trips and more at a marina less than a mile away from our unit. (visit the website for 'dolphinlandings' on St. Pete Beach for more details). Additionally, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, great museums, and excellent shopping are all nearby. 'Disney World' is just a 2 hour drive. With our unit, you can enjoy the 'PERSONAL TOUCH' of a privately-managed beach condominium. We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out depending on our guest schedule. Since we live nearby and visit the unit often, we have added some items which make it a comfortable beach retreat for monthly stays. The unit that we stayed in on Saint Pete Beach was immaculate. It had everything and more for our one week stay. We had pool and Gulf views from our balcony. Our host supplied us with restaurant recommendations, and other activities in the area.(we went to a Tampa Bay baseball game). we will stay there again.

The accommodations were perfect. Delta on the other hand was terrible. My family flew down and I drove. They had a 6 hour layover in atlanta. It was after dark when the arrived. Then my brother got sick. Slept and ran fever for 2 days then I got sick. I went snd got covid test and sure enough we all had covid. If it had not been for our wonderful room with great view and wonderful televisions i think we would have lost our minds. By saturday we were all about feeling somewhat normal but it was time to go home.

Excellent location right on the beach! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the morning and spending our days on the beach. Sunsets of course were awesome too! Great location to drive or walk to restaurants or get anything else we needed during our stay. Donna made everything so welcoming and enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning a return trip!

The location is excellent—just steps to the beautiful beach and clear waters and close by are restaurants and bars. The unit was comfortable (the one bedroom with twin beds is a bit cramped but beds are fine) with plenty of bath linens provided, hair dryer, kitchen supplies, a tv in both bedrooms plus great fans. We opted to rent umbrella and chairs from the next door Suites so we wouldn’t have to haul and set up every day, but the unit closet had plenty of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas if we had wanted to use them. Our balcony was on the side overlooking the pool, but that was great because we could see the beach yet didn’t have the afternoon sun glaring in our eyes. The pool and surrounding area were cleaned every day and the elevator was fast and efficient. The vibe on the property is relaxed and fun. Prior to our stay, the host was quick to respond with questions and checked in with us once we were there to make sure our needs were met.

The property is as advertized, basic, on the beach, clean, and well located with a responsive owner. The unit is a bit dated but we were not in it much. It was convenient to have the beach chairs and cooler as well as a small umbrella. We did have a couple of lovely sunsets too. The kitchen needs some refreshing, but we didn't cook dinners so it was fine. It seemed that plates, bowls, glasses etc. were missing (broken perhaps and just not replaced?). It was a mishmash of dinner ware and glasses. The unit is right over the pool which got loud in the afternoons, but not in the evening. As others have mentioned, the second bedroom is very, very small with no closet and very small bedside tables with a couple of narrow drawers for clothing, but worked fine for our young adult daughters. Don't think I would recommend it for 2 adult couples. All the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. We had a lovely stay!

This property is located directly on the beach. Inside the property owner had coffee, both a coffee pot and coffee pod maker, filters, soap, toilet and tissue paper along with other necessities that are often not provided. Master bedroom was a good size, second bedroom was a little small but still worked, and rest of condo was comfortable. Each bedroom had a bathroom and beach chairs were provided.
We would go back again.

This is an incredible property and perfect for a family vacation. The unit itself is fantastic and was exactly as described in the listing. It perfectly accommodated our family of 5 with children ages 8, 10, and 14. The view from the unit is gorgeous and we found the condo building and property to be very well maintained. The host, Donna, was quick to communicate and assure all our needs were met. It was a great bonus to have beach chairs, a cooler, and other items in the unit and by the pool that added to the beach experience. An abundance of shopping and restaurants are located nearby. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely return for a future vacation!

We experienced the beautiful sunsets every night and had a nice view of the beach from the condo balcony. Donna was very thorough with providing me with all the info we needed for our stay and helpful with questions we had. The only negatives were: slow toilet flushes (had to hold down handles) and noise level (mostly later evenings) from the pool area. Noise was to be expected, as the balcony was off the side, facing the pool area, though. Our kids enjoyed the pool but a few days into the trip, it started looking pretty cloudy/dirty. Not a pool expert, but thought that the upkeep should've been more frequent, given the number of people in it every day.
Overall, the condo complex had what we needed and loved the location; with grocery, restaurants, ice cream very close by. We hope to travel back to St. Pete again soon!

The Vistas on the Gulf are on a beautiful white sand beach and have an ocean view. We loved walking to tiki bars and restaurants. Our balcony was perfect for relaxing with a gorgeous view. The pool is a few steps away too. The unit has everything you need for a great week and the owners are extremely nice. Hoping we get to come back someday!

Best location
The location of this property can't be beat. Steps from a beautiful beach. Pool and grill was cleaned every morning (I watched). The unit was as advertised and clean. Donna was very pleasant to communicate with and check in was a breeze. The only con is dining table and living room furniture could use an update. The beds were comfortable and the fans were much appreciated. I would definitely stay again!

Everything and More!
We had a wonderful and comfortable stay during our Spring Break! The condo had everything you needed and more! I really appreciated the use of beach chairs, cooler and ice packs! The beach was amazing and there was plenty of space even though it was high season. The sunsets were spectacular and a grand ending to our day. There are so many walkable restaurants and stores you could go carless if you wanted to. Communication with the owner was fabulous any all questions were promptly replied to. Will stay here again!

Perfect Location and Cute Property
We absolutely loved our short stay at this property! It was clean, decorated nicely and has an amazing view. The pool was warm and the teens loved taking a quick break from the beach and running up to the pool. Donna was extremely easy to communicate with. Looking forward to our next visit!

Location, location, location.
Great location on St. Pete Beach with direct access to the beach. Watched the sunset every night over the Gulf from the balcony. Has a pool and hot tub as well. Can walk to restaurants and the Publix market. Had a great 2 weeks here.

Nice getaway
We had a wonderful visit! The check in process was excellent and Donna was extremely helpful! We had everything we needed. The pictures were spot on. The second bedroom is very small and the home could use some updating but we were comfortable and the condo was clean. The view of the sunsets from the patio was amazing! Thanks Donna!
