Location was ideal for the airport. Shuttle bus collected from airport on time and delivered back on time. Staff helpful when I arrived. 24 hour snack facility good. Window could be opened wide. Planes don't fly at night! Didn't have breakfast.

The room is very nice and neat. The window blind keeps room totally dark. I slept very well. The quality of the room and bathroom are highly commendable.
The shuttle is not organized by the hotel. It runs early morning and evening. I waited for over 2 hours before I took a taxi. The reception was unreasonable by phone. We called several times with no connection. They were unsympathetic to my complaint. The breakfast is not rich in content and my room was not cleaned until after the third night. This is unusual.
