Located just 3 blocks (10 minute walk) from all that Carolina Beach offers….the beach, the boardwalk and restaurants. This freshly painted home features a spacious open floor plan living area with plenty of light and ample room to spread out. Notable features include hardwood floors throughout, an open concept kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar seating in addition to a formal dining area with a large table, spacious living room with a 50” flat-screen television and DirecTV. The large master bedroom includes a private deck. Outdoors, the house has a screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, gas grill, and a large enclosed garage. Other noteworthy features of the home are free Wifi and a washer and dryer, and a Ping Pong table. We loved our stay here! We had a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The living room and kitchen area was great to hangout in and very spacious. There were bikes in the garage that we were able to use an outdoor shower! Best thing was a sub 10 min walk to the beach and right near the boardwalk! Will definitely be staying here again!

Only thing is there were no sheets which he warned us about but it was in the details and I missed it reading through. Maybe make it a little more noticeable.Overall, an amazing stay though! Great location and amazing house.

We especially enjoyed the screened in deck and the real community feel so close to the beach. The younger boys really liked the manta ray playground at the lake. Great area for peaceful walks.

This was our 4th year staying here. It is an excellent location, close to everything. My only issue is the cleanliness. We had to clean up after the previous guests and ended up having to wash all the silverware in the top drawer, including the silverware tray because many were put away dirty, and the tray had questionable debris in it. The couches are in desperate need of replacement. They are stained and incredibly worn. I bring covers for them, so we don't have to sit directly on them. The entire place could really use a good thorough cleaning as well.
