Nestled in Seaside, this charming house for $714 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 2 KINGS, 1 QUEEN, 2 TWINS, QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA PET FRIENDLY UP TO 70 LBS. This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach cottage is perfect for any family. Guests will enjoy the open and airy front porch. Walk inside and the living/dining room will have you feeling right at home. The living room boasts a loft with two twin beds. A beautiful bay window frames the dining area. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need and offers a little extra seating at the counter. Around the corner you will find a full hall bath. Down the hall you will find a queen bedroom and another king bedroom. The bedrooms share a full bath. On the second level is the King Master Suite. It features a large king bedroom, with a private bathroom with tub/shower enclosure. Seaspell also comes with a bonus feature. The third floor tower room is yours to enjoy the views! A sleeper sofa and TV await some fun times. Walk outside and catch some rays on the wrap balcony. *A non-refundable pet fee of $275.00 (plus sales tax) is required. The online quote does not reflect the additional charge. The additional fee of $275 will be added to your reservation and you will receive an updated receipt confirming your reservation and the total charge including the pet fee. * 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. The location of the house was great and we liked the front porch but the house itself could use some updating/amenities. There were stains on the couch (which was white, probably not the best color for a rental property), the headboard in the guest bedroom had stains on it, the sheets in the master bedroom were stiff and the king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, the kitchen was outdated with an old electric stove, there was no salt or pepper available, when we called to ask about this they said it was a safety hazard; if it was a safety hazard then they should at least provide packets of salt and pepper, we had to buy our own from the store. They provided coffee in our welcome bag but no coffee filters to actually be able to use the coffee. There was also a charcoal grill but no charcoal to use. We paid almost $4,000 to stay here for 3 nights and for that amount of money I expect to stay somewhere nicer. Overall, the house felt dated and needs a facelift. Next time I go to seaside I will check out another property.

What a wonderful home in a perfect location! Everything was just as described and perfectly cleaned. Our only complaint is that there was no hand soap in the bathrooms and no basic cooking condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc...) Would highly recommend staying at this proerty.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaspell. The location of the house was perfect-close to the beach and close to the town center. The fact that the house has two bedrooms on the main level was ideal for our family. The porch was perfect for morning coffee. We absolutely loved our stay-including our fur baby. Love Seaside and loved this classic beach house.

The house is in a great location - convenient to everything. It is well furnished. The only complaint I have is that it says is sleeps 8 and it really has beds for even more. The upstairs sleeper, however, is so hot that it is hard to include as sleeping quarters during the summer. One daughter slept up there a couple of nights with two fans and said it would finally cool off around midnight. Otherwise, everything in the house was well maintained and comfortable.

Seaspell's location is a plus - only a short walk to Central Square and its grounds are well kept. For our party of six, it was too tight, especially the living area. The wifi TV needs an upgrade as it constantly buffers but no one comes to the beaches of Seaside to watch TV all day. The loft bedroom draws the attention of younger children, but a better access, especially for young children, is needed. The short distances to the center of all the activity in Seaside as well as to the beach is a plus for Seaspell.

Overall the location is what sells this. The staff was helpful. Now for the downside. If I vacationed again in Seaside I'd probably look at other properties. There was a small screened porch on the back but having the front screened would be a must for me. Also, many of the furniture items appear to be from a flea market.

You know that a place is special when your adult kids tell you it was the best family vacation we've ever had (and we've been all over the world). Seaspell is the perfect laid back Florida cottage, replete with a screened in porch and rocking chairs at the front door.
