Exterior has large redwood deck with shaded table and chairs, gas barbecue, and storage area for bikes and beach gear. Deck has unrestricted views of the boardwalk, beach, and surf - perfect for families that want a bit of separation from the boardwalk . Open interior living space has great views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Dining room table seats 4, and bar seats 3. Full kitchen service for up to 8. Full bath and half bath. Master bedroom has queen Bed and stacked washer/dryer. Two additional bedrooms each with twin beds. Located just a short walk from all the amenities of North Mission Beach and Pacific Beach, including hotels, restaurants, fast food, supermarket, beach bars, souvenir and boutique shopping, and pier fishing. This North Mission Beach court is the place to be, where you can walk to everything. While the house has no on-site parking, street parking can usually be found nearby on Strand Way or Mission Blvd.

This property is in a great location between Pacific beach and the main part of mission beach with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need and the space was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location, it was just perfect for our family. Unfortunately I have to not give a full 5 stars due to cleanliness. Carpets felt dirty, not the best for a infant to be in. The fridge was rusted, some kitchen items where not cleaned despite being in the clean rack. The place overall needs some updates. But, regarless of that, i would book again. Great price, and location.

Great spot to do some surfing with friends. Once parked we didn’t really need to leave for anything and the house fit our needs perfectly.

We loved the view of the beach and being so close to many restaurants and stores. I watched dolphins every morning. I was happy to see the house had new couches and new countertop and cabinets. It looked really nice. The walls are all solid wood paneling which I really like and gives a rustic feel. Hope to stay here again. We usually travel just us two when visiting my daughter who lives nearby but we needed extra space for my son to come also so this place was perfect and my daughter came over a few times with her boyfriend so it was nice to have this space and location. I think this is a good house even for just a couple compared to other options.

We've been staying at this property almost every year for a number of years now. We still love it. It's not super fancy but has everything we need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing week at the beach. It's perfect for us! Great views to watch the dolphins and the sunset, just off the boardwalk to avoid the extra noise, and easy to go back and forth between the beach and meal times or potty breaks. We'd buy it if it ever went up for sale, it's that enjoyable!

Place was perfect for 4 guys with 5 beds and great location near the always buzzing boardwalk. Unit is older but had everything we needed and owner was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze.

We really enjoyed our week on Mission Beach! The house was in a great location, was clean, and had all the essentials for a stay at the beach. Communication with the owner of the home was easy as well. Next time we visit the SD area - we hope to stay here again!

The property had excellent amenities. The proximity to the action was perfect- an easy walk to shops and restaurants, but still far enough away that we had the beach to ourselves. The deck got sun by 8:00 am, which we enjoyed every morning.

overall the home is quaint and well kept. It is a perfect location. a 15 minute walk from the mission beach amusement park and 15 minutes the opposite direction to pacific beach. Definitely large enough for 6 sleepers with 1.5 bathrooms. I stayed with 2 other adult friends. it was perfect.

Had a great stay at Mike's house. The location is amazing! Beach outside the front door, walking distance to Mission Beach shops/restaurants, walking distance to bayside. The house itself is rustic, but clean and nice. And it had a lot of amenities, including small stuff that showed real care from the owner, including (but not limited to): beach chairs, beach toys, bicycle, hair dryer, blender, and well stocked with lots of soaps/paper goods, etc. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here twice and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! Great location. You can see and hear the waves right from the kitchen table :) This place has everything you need including a washer and dryer!! I will definitely continue to stay here in the future

This house does not have all the extra bells and whistles as nearby properties but it has all of the basic essentials to have a fabulous time on Mission Beach. The home was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the fact that the kitchen had a very nice knife set and extra large cutting board for food prep. We had some concerns that the house would be cramped with 6 adults being in it but we were pleasantly surprised that we weren't. We made use of the beach chairs, boogie boards (we're from Idaho so it wasn't that cold in ocean in December) and beach cruiser bicycle that we have access to. We spent most of our mornings staring out the windows watching passerbys and the ocean waves. Mission Beach was so much fun to explore and we spent an evening at Belmont Park by walking to/ from the property on the beach at night. It was magical. Communication with the property owner was great. He was very responsive to my many inquiries. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
