Nestled in Duluth, this lovely cottage for $250 per night is a great choice for your next break. City of Duluth interim use permit # PL19-094. Minnesota Beach House is located on Park Point which is surrounded by the pristine waters of Lake Superior and the St Louis River. These bodies of water are home to kayakers, canoeists, boaters, fisherman, kite surfers, wind surfers, surfers, and swimmers. If you don't participate in these activities you'll surely enjoy their antics on the water! The property has direct access to six miles of sandy beach on Lake Superior where you'll see joggers, walkers, sunbathers, and sand castle builders. Only 0.7 miles from the Minnesota Beach House is the historic Lift Bridge which connects Park Point to the City of Duluth and all it has to offer. The place was great, but could have used mirrors in the rooms with all of us sharing one bathroom. Also, a shower ring for the upstairs tub would make this place 10 out of 10.

This house was perfect for our family! The location right by the path over the dunes to the beach was amazing. It was quiet, clean, and the kids loved the foosball and ping pong in the basement.

Extended family gathered to enjoy Duluth area. This location was ideal for walking to Canal Park and the beach. Nice quiet dead end road with a nice trail to Glorious Gitche Gumee 🙂.
House was well stocked with essentials, clean, spacious and comfortable. Owner was very responsive. Anyone looking for a cozy Duluth stay would be very pleased with this property.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for a couple nights during our tour of Minnesota. Everything is as described in the listing and we found the home and location to be ideal. It was a quick drive to the Great Lakes Aquarium and the Lake Superior Railroad Museum which we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture and bed were very comfortable, and the home has easy access to the beach. Our host was super communicative and very nice. We can highly recommend this home for your next stay in Duluth.

We had 6 people in this home for a quick weekend in Duluth. This is our second time renting this home. The proximity to Canal Park is great. We didn’t have to travel far to visit the Great Lakes Aquarium and Bentleyville Lights. One of the best parts, for us anyway, is the access to Lake Superior a few yards away. The path was stable enough to be able to have my mobility limited mom get to the shore. Lake Superior is beautiful in all seasons!
One thing to keep in mind: if you’re on a tight schedule, check the shipping schedules regularly otherwise you may have to wait for ships to go through the canal. This wasn’t an issue for us as our kids loved watching the process and we didn’t have a timeframe.

We enjoyed the comfortable, cozy, nicely decorated home with games , sauna, tub for soaking, walks on the beach, watching the ships, in the quiet neighborhood yet not to far from downtown. The fragrance free soaps were great for the scent sensitive individuals in our group.
