The location
The 4 stars rating must be from where the Hotel was built, in the meantime I would rate it a 3-stars hotel. The food was 2-stars but most people overlook this because it’s an All you can eat package and they just fill their bellies with everything.

Чистотата е на ниво. Хотела е сравнително тих и спокоен.
Оборудването в баня/ тоалетна е старичко. Тук всеки го възприема различно. Основния проблем е храненето в ресторанта - хотела обслужва и съседния хотел Лагуна Маре, както и Медика Албена. Това води до неописуеми опашки за храна и хаос в ресторанта. Свършват прибори, няма купички за супи и т.н. Голяма блъсканица и напрежение, което пречи на целта на престоя. Вместо да си почива, човек се натоварва по три пъти на ден минимум. Басейна не е най-чистия, защото е близо до дървета и при всеки полъх на вятъра падат листа във водата.

The beach was good
The hotel was old and worn out, and not clean. The food was not the best, and limited compared to other hotels. They advertised 4 stars hotel but it was barely 3 stars. Bulgaria is now as expensive as Spain or Italy
