Very cozy, lovely place to stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again! The pool is extremely clean and well managed. We could see the young man cleaning it up every morning. The rooms are comfortable, they are even equipped with mini-fridges, so you can store your food safely. All rooms arw with a few to the internal garden and the pool.
There's a room with pool table and table tennis to enjoy daily as well.
The hotel has parking areas around it, which makes it easier when you travel by car.
On a walking distance there are 2 food stores, gift shops, restaurants and fast food kiosks and entrance to the Balchik Palace and Botanical Gardens.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour earlier and yet, they checked to see if our room is ready and let us in immediately.

I intend to be out most of the time, sightseeing, visiting museums and beaches, so a good bed and a good shower generally suffice.
Hotel Naslada is a medium sized hotel with excellent installations. It has a large restaurant, a nice pool and garden and even a games room. The food was freshly prepared, the coffee was better than at other places I have been to.
The staff are helpful, attentive and kind. I would go back to this hotel when I visit Balchik again.

Breakfast was good, and they served really nice coffee.
Overall, our stay was good. On the first day, our shower wasn't working, but it was fixed the same day. The reception staff and the rest of the hotel team were very helpful throughout our stay.
However, the hotel could benefit from some renovation, especially in the bathroom. There was a lot of mould on the shower curtain and the ceiling. The balcony door was also broken and couldn't be closed properly.
The beach is around a 20-minute walk from the hotel.
