We didn't expect kitchen and working A/C so that is good.
They had quite dirty dishes and they didn't cleaned as much as needed. Late check-in beacuse they didn't control who and when check-out.

Excellent location with good access to metro station, non-touristy eateries, convenience shops, and major landmarks.
Nice and responsive host.
Waste disposal every day
Could be cleaner - floor behind the bed in the kitchenette, kitchen cabinets and drawers, more dishes (glasses, cuttlery, a kettle would be nice), dishwashing sponge changed after every guest

A localização era boa, especialmente para visitar o Vaticano. Fora isso, infelizmente não tivemos muitos pontos positivos durante a estadia.
O principal problema foi o atendimento. O responsável foi extremamente grosseiro e pouco amigável conosco, especialmente durante o check-in, e nos sentimos muito mal recebidos. Além disso, faltou papel higiênico e tivemos que pedir para que fosse reposto. O café da manhã também não correspondeu ao que esperávamos: é apenas um voucher para uma padaria fora da hospedagem, com um pão e um croissant. A limpeza poderia ser melhor e a conexão de internet também estava ruim. No geral, ficamos bastante decepcionados.
