-Really really nice communication with staff. Friendly, prompt to respond. Flexible.
-Good location! Close to Vatican but far enough not to be too touristy.
-Apartment is really cool. Interesting and high quality materials, definitely not run off the mill design.
-Fairly clean, although not spotless as indicated by a clothes tag left by a previous tenant.
-Balcony is cool!
-While the apartment was really beautiful and unique, as is often the case in Italy, functionality-wise it was not the best.
-Kitchenette was a bit hard to use, cramped, and the sink and tap were unnecessarily “unique”.
-Shower was not great. Very low water pressure and easily floods.
-Some of the “smart” features were a bit dodgy. They worked but you could tell that the smart lock on the door, the entrance system, and the smart toilet were not of highest quality and are probably prone to failure.
-Bed was ok but moved away from the wall at night as it was not fixed.

Purtroppo il primo giorno ho trovato asciugamani sporchi con macchie scure, devo dire che la proprietaria me gli ha subito cambiati! Chiaramente dopo questo episodio ho fatto caso a più cose e tra le lenzuola ho trovato dei capelli (non miei), tappeto persiano all’ingresso impolverato. Se non ci fossero stati queste cose il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto per costo e posizione.
