You have everything you need in the room including iron board and iron, coffee and tea. Place clean and staff courteous and helpful. This is not a hotel so there is no reception however easy to manage.
It is a bit away from the centre however once you come out of the building you just land on the bus stop which takes you easily to the most important places.

Clean and sufficient m2
Not that easy to visit old town several times during summer period. We preferred using bus which has a station just in front of the apartment.

Clean. Comfortable, good air conditioning and blackout blinds, quiet, good location and helpful staff

Reasonable price and clear instructions
I don’t think it’s clean. The bed is full of hair and dirt under the blanket. Too small room, not suitable for an adult and 2 children.
