We absolutely LOVED this rental unit! It was just big enough for what we needed, and the view from our 2-sided balcony was the bomb! The water pressure in the showers was amazing, and having a W/D in the unit was great! We will definitely consider renting this unit again next year!

Not one glitch in my rental experience. I booked last minute on-line and received instructions through an email and a personal call from property management. Upon arrival to rental office, I was greeted with a smile which was greatly appreciated after driving 11 hours straight to reach destination. The unit was indeed an adorable end unit. Great location in NMB. The building was quiet and well looked after. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had lots of equipment if you wanted to cook. The only negative I would give is that I was disappointed that I couldn't open a bedroom window.

This place is absolutely amazing!. From the easy check in to the fabulous panoramic view.. to the well-stocked kitchen and closet full of beach accessories.. did I mention the panoramic view.. stackable washer dryer and unit is a great feature.. did I mention the panoramic view.. the only possible downside if I wanted to be nitpicky is the bathrooms are a little small and the bedrooms aren't huge.. lol, but you are not going to want to spend much time in there if you're in the unit, you want to be out on the L-shaped patio with a fabulous panoramic view!.. homeowner really thought of everything.. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach blanket, umbrellas and even a Bocce set for the bit of lawn that is behind the building!.. thank you and hopefully I will be seeing you again next year!

The condo was nice and clean. The view was fantastic. Cozy is what I would describe it as. If you plan to cook it can get cramped a bit. There is not a lot of space for pantry food. The washer and dryer worked great, the dishwasher, and the bathrooms were pretty spacious for condo this size. The beds however, we're not very comfortable. I did have to purchase a topper since we were staying several nights. I did tell the rental company and they were very nice about it and said they would relay the message to the owner. This may just be me getting older! Everyone's bed preferences are different. We've been to many condos and I can say there was nothing wrong that ever came up other than the beds. If the beds were changed out I would stay here again.

Great location for a couple to getaway and enjoy the view. Our visit was winter months and even thought the temperatures didn't cooperate there was abundant sunshine which this unit is setup perfectly to enjoy. The unit and design are older and gently used; this will only effect the most critical traveler. Otherwise, enjoy the space and location!

Immaculate condo, perfect location. Owner Direct even helped me figure out the remotes when I messed something up. They recommended something when in the office and scheduled someone to stop by the next morning if that was needed, but their advice worked! Condo was well appointed. Really liked the location right on the water. Spent hours on the balcony watching the waves, beach, people, and sunrise. Building is older with small bedrooms and bathrooms, but otherwise was well satisfied. Great for a "beach" experience.

The views were amazing.I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.I had to clean before we could unpack.We didn't get in the room until the office was closed and it was Saturday and they were closed on Sunday. So I called Monday to let VRbo know about the nasty mess ,they were very nice and apologized,I had to clean on My vacation.Anyway a maid showed up Tuesday to clean the mess that I had already cleaned up...lol. Anyway the room was just right for 4 people,Beds were comfortable and thats a plus in my book.VIEW WAS GREAT. ".The washer and dryer was nice.The first bedroom shower head needed to be changed I forgot to tell them about that.rusted where the water wouldn't flow,so we all 4 used 1 shower.Be sure to take extra toilet paper apparently there is still a shortage,because the only give you 1 roll and you are responsible for the rest and trashbags and please don't forget your cleaning supplies..lol.So if you love an Amazing view and don't mind alittle hair in the drain and dirty mirrors and sand on the floors,dirty dishes in the cupboard and rusty faucets. THIS IS YOUR PLACE.By the way if you came after me..Your welcome,its a lot cleaner when I left then when I came.

Nice beachfront with wrap around deck which was great. Pictures make rental seem bigger but we should have been more observant of square foot size.
Upon arrival place could have been cleaner. Floors needed to be cleaned and all of the dishes and silverware in cubbord smelled liked bad sea shells so we washed everything. Cleaning is not really what you want to be do upon arrival on vacation

This property was at a great location in North Myrtle Beach. It had a covered parking garage and the unit came with 2 spots. It had amazing views from the wrap around corner balcony. You are only steps from the beach. It was just beautiful. Easy check in and check out process. We had a great time! Condo was just as pictured , cute and clean, small but organized with lots of amenities. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with it’s awesome view. As far as the condo itself, we were satisfied with that, particularly the corner oceanfront balcony which we spent the majority of our time. The kitchen and bedrooms are quite small and not much closet space. The rental company itself is a different story and that is the lack of communication. I simply cannot get responses to my emails, as of yesterday evening the phone message has been updated to say they are currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you cannot leave a message and they have “limited” access to emails. During the last month before our vacation began on May 24th I could not get in touch with anyone and it was a stressful time due to travel bans in our home state, however I was able to speak with the insurance representative with the vacation insurance I purchased, as we had considered canceling our plans all together, she had no trouble getting in touch with them, it took me three emails, the last one being very direct voicing my frustration at the lack of communication, before I finally received a response. Upon arrival, due to the office being closed on Sunday, we checked into the “closet” which is at the back of the building and contains your binder, instructions and keys, which is acceptable to me, seeing as the office was closed. However, the unacceptable part is on Monday morning, or any day, during our 8 day stay did we receive a call or an email welcoming us, asking us if everything was fine with our check in. We discovered the pool, hot tub and gym were all closed, this was apparently decided a week prior to our arrival by the HOA, this also was not communicated to us, I did reach out in email and surprisingly received a response the next day, this was the ONLY email response. In the binder it states we would receive a departure email two days prior to our checkout, absolutely nothing! We checked out Monday morning at 7:40 am and not one word of communication, I even emailed yesterday afternoon and again noth
