Nestled in Crescent Beach, this attractive condo for $159 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This well maintained 2BR/2BA condominium is the perfect beach retreat for couples, families, and friends. Enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful pink sunrises from your private oceanfront balcony. This unit is technically 2nd floor, but the 4 levels of parking garage below, means a fantastic 6th floor ocean front view. Your reservation comes complete with bed & bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, paper products & hotel-size soaps to get you started. The owner has added those special touches for the perfect vacation getaway -- new Keurig coffeemaker, and new regular coffee maker, for those tough morning decisions about what to enjoy on the balcony with breakfast. Ocean views when you wake in the morning right from the master bed (Queen). Freshly updated bedding & decor in both bedrooms. This unit has new laminate flooring throughout, NO carpet, but a nice new area rug for the family room. Updated kitchen cabinets, tile backsplash, and kitchen essentials right down to a new knife set ready for your meal preparations. The owner provides 2 beach chairs for guests use, 2 beach umbrellas & a cooler --just rinse & return please. A stackable washer/dryer and other updated appliances. Both bathrooms were smartly remodeled in 2019 with custom touches; the master bath is now complete with a modern, walk-in, tile surround shower. The guest bathroom is a spacious shower stall with glass sliders (no tub). We enjoyed our stay here but a few things could have been better. The beds did not seem like queens at all, more like full. We were stuck on the elevator for a few minutes, luckily our husbands were able to manually open the door which when opened was about 5inches from being even with the floor. The air was very cold in one bedroom and warm in the other. Overall cleanliness was good but could use a thorough cleaning of the floors, like next to couch, under shelves in bathroom (a lot of hair). The balcony was great!

We were missing our swim bands for the pool from our check in folder. The staff was amazing and brought them directly to us at the condo within 30 minutes. All around, we love this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future!

I did complain to after hours number and was told housekeeping would be in touch. No one called back and someone came into the unit, unannounced to me, while I was out. Also not professional. I assume they were there to clean as bathroom light and fan were left on. This did not address any of my concerns with the unit. Very very disappointed.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and the location was perfect. The condo needed to have the floors washed and the counters cleaned. One bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower, This was reported to the agency two days later because we came in late on the holiday weekend. They asked if we wanted someone to come and clean a little. At that point, we cleaned the bathrooms and counters already.

Great and Relaxing Stay
The location of the unit was superb! Clouded to elevators and short walk to beach. Everything was very clean and smelled great! . The amenities from the mattress to the seating, the bathrooms. The attention to details, extra light bulbs, pots, pans, salt and pepper shakers and extra pillows. We had no complaints. Will definitely come stay again!! Thanks for a wonderful week!

The unit is small (about 700 Sq feet), but very clean , well designed and fully furnished!! The Management Co. are very helpful during checking in, especially Tracy who was pleasant and friendly! Only complaint was that they were in the process of upgrading elevators, so only one of the them functional during our stay, which made our waiting time a bit longer for the elevator!! Would definitely come back again!

The condo was very clean and well maintained with remodeled Baths! Heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub was perfect for our March stay! Service was great especially Leila who was very friendly and helpful. She offered us extra beddings for the sleeper even though we end up not needing it. Will definitely coming back and recommend it to our friends!
