Situated in Crescent Beach, this lovely condo for $146 per night is a great option for your next break. This sophisticated 4th floor stunner features three bedrooms, three baths and majestic ocean views from your own private balcony. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops with barstool seating and overlooks the dining area and living room. The cozy living room has a sleeper sofa and entry to a private balcony. The master bedroom has an additional entrance to the balcony and its own private bath. A second bedroom offers a desk for business needs and a queen-sized bed. Additional features in this gorgeous condo include a large corner tub, dual sinks and two more double beds to sleep up to eight. Malibu Pointe provides guests the same luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world. Enjoy fabulous amenities that include an indoor pool, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, sun decks, and a fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach. The highly acclaimed Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. Malibu Pointe is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoers sweet tooth. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. ______________________________ COMMON AREAS, POOLS & AMENITIES All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more. Where possible, chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing.

Location of property was convenient. Condo was DIRTY, mold in showers, DIRTY - appliances, carpet, cabinet doors, vents, ceiling fans were FILTHY dirty. Jets in hot tub don't work. The first 3 keys to condo didn't work. One toilet was clogged when we arrived. Maintenance was called twice - once for the keys and again for the clogged tiolet - they responded in a timely manner. Not enough dishes and bath towels for 7 people.

What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, ended up in a nightmare. The company does not answer my emails anymore, so I had no choice but to write this review. Very disappointing!

I have a medical diagnosis for him stating that his body was covered in bed bug bites. The company denied of course all these, saying that they inspected the property, and didn’t find anything. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, ended up in a nightmare. The company does not answer my emails anymore, so I had no choice but to write this review. Very disappointing!
