Situated in Crescent Beach, this lovely condo for $159 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This serene eighth-floor three-bedroom, three-bathroom ocean view condo has a bevy of upgrades and terrific ocean views. The stunning living room has pale yellow walls, laminate floors, blue gray couches -including a sleeper sofa- and access through expansive sliding doors to a private balcony. A fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances and granite counters looks into the dining and living area. The dining table has seating for six with additional barstools at the kitchen counter. Each bedroom features laminate flooring, stylish furnishings and their own bathrooms. Bedding includes a king in the master, one queen bedroom and a third room with two doubles. Malibu Pointe provides guests the same luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world. Enjoy fabulous amenities that include an indoor pool, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, sun decks, and a fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach. The highly acclaimed Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. Malibu Pointe is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoers sweet tooth. The beach at Malibu Pointe offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area. - Outdoor Pool, Lazy River & Hot Tub - Indoor Pool - Kiddie Pool - Fitness Center - Free Wireless Internet MINIMAL CONTACT CHECK-IN On your day of arrival, you will receive a text message notifying you that your unit is ready for check-in. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. ______________________________ COMMON AREAS, POOLS & AMENITIES All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. Where possible, chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing.

Booking was vey easy. The drive-through check-in was the easiest and quickest I’ve ever had. Unit was great for our family although the bedding seemed dirty when we got there and so we washed it all to start. Unit was well equipped.
