Each of the two guest bedrooms features two queen beds and private bathrooms with tub and shower combinations. Crescent Shores provides an array of amenities, including a fitness room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, WIFI, and a parking garage (located across the street). Two parking spaces are permitted. Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $3000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay. Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent. This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted. Please note: guests will be permitted 2 parking passes - there will be no exception to this due to HOA rules. Parking is located in the parking garage across the street from the condo building.

We had a great time at this condo. Plenty of room, beautiful view and a WONDERFUL garden jacuzzi tub in the master bath! The balcony was also very spacious and since the weather was so awesome we were able to spend a lot of time watching the waves! Host was very easy to work with and very quick to respond. We will def try to book this condo again!

Everything was great. The only issue was there is no bathroom available close to the pool, which I thought was odd. I had to leave the beach and go wait on the elevator and go all the way to the 15th floor to my room to use the restroom.

Over-all a nice place. Nicely furnished. Mattresses need replacing, especially in two front bedrooms. Floors weren't clean though. . Parking for loading and unloadimg werent desirable. Just some miner things, easy to over come! Memories were made with our family and tha'ts what counts! the most!

Great condo that exceeded our expectations. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Fantastic location with a great view. The only issue we experienced was Saturday afternoon/early evening when new renters were checking in was challenging. There was a long line of people with luggage carts trying to get on the elevators. There were people there to assist and run the elevators but it took a while to clear the line. We came in from the beach and chose to walk the stairs than wait in the line just to get back to the condo. Other than that one issue there were no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo. We had 10 people and there was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Great view of the ocean and easy to get to the beach. A ton of tourist attractions and nice restaurants close to there.

Gambled and booked before pictures were posted and we totally won. Great, clean furniture. Good layout. Good condo place. Plenty of parking. Pools were a little packed, but thats to be expected. Would totally come back.
