A wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Arranging private drivers, transportation, and excursions was incredibly easy, and everything went smoothly. Special recognition goes Joel, the hotel owner, whose personal approach was truly exceptional. He took a sincere interest in how we were doing, whether we were enjoying our stay, and whether there was anything else he could do for us. His attention to even the smallest details made our experience all the more enjoyable. He offered a wide range of services and options, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and provide thoughtful, honest advice. What we particularly appreciated was that he never exaggerated or tried to push anything on us. His recommendations were practical, trustworthy, and clearly made with our best interests in mind. It is precisely this combination of professionalism, empathy, and personal care that makes this hotel such a special place. We will remember our stay with great pleasure. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location surrounded by lush greenery was fantastic, offering a beautiful view of nature and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The entire resort was clean, well maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

On the downside, there was very limited shade around the pools due to a lack of larger sun umbrellas. In addition, the mattresses were quite firm, which may not suit everyone's preference.
