Amazing views and property! We stayed in the luxury tent room, which we really enjoyed, but you do have to be up for the novelty! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The riverside BBQ was exceptional and a real highlight!
The food is average and needs improvement. Portion sizes are too small and the quality was not at the level of most other restaurants or hotels we’ve been to in our three weeks in Bali.

An absolute must place to stay!!!!!This is a beautiful property with a fabulous staff and food! We had the Luxury tent with a pool! We loved it!!! It was smaller than a room, but very doable. We loved the privacy! Opening the wide tent doors in the morning to the view and sounds of nature was an unforgettable experience.

Access to sidemen. Deny the guest relations manager tried to smooth out the many hiccups of the service.
Food is average at best, I’m being generous with this assessment. Staff are all smiles and kindness, but they haven’t been properly trained. Feels like the owners tried to cram as many rooms as possible on the land they bought for the hotel. Avoid the tents - overpriced, gimmicky, tiny and no views.
