False Advertisement

False advertisement, it is not a private apartment but shared house with a women and her son. Booked for 1 week, when i arrived, it did not met my expectations so We agreed i would stay for 2 days only and she would refund me for the remaining of 5 days, when I left I did not count the money and later I saw she gave me back 30 LARI less what she supposed to refund me bqck, so anyways long story short she was rude and threatened me to call the police for asking for my money back, I do not recommend this house.

* SCAMMER ALERT ** the host is going to ask on the phone where are you from and if you are 2 guys, 2 girls or a couple, with this info she will act through her scam textbook and flowchart: - She is going to show up late, so you are really desperate to walk in. - She is going to act hypocritically friendly, so you start to agree with her to make everything very unfair for you. - She is going to ask you for more money (40% more and in cash without receipt) than the total cost agreed, and she is going to tell you due to the fee that she has to pay to Booking, her bills, if you say now she is not going to let you in, if you pay her more she is going to tell her even if you pay her more she can make the room hotter for you (which is not true because there is not even heater system in the house. - If u payed her more and you were in she is not gonna give you the key and she is going to tell you she will come back in one hour to try to scam you further, then you have to offer to call immediately booking or get the key n return it at checkout and you dont want to see her face again til then (thats the only way she will stop trying to scam you further) - After all this she will try to cancel the reservation so you cant review her and on at the same time she wouldnt had to pay the booking commission. Also description is fake: It is a private room with shared toilet and kitchen, she lives in the other room of the house, it is not soundproof, there r not facilities as they say, its a very poor place, she has a paper on the door showing that she rents the room and contacting her thru whatsapp (she is officially a professional scammer full of lies), these places should be prohibited from booking.com
