The lady who checked us in was friendly & chatty. Showed us to our room. Nice comfortable bed & lovely powerful shower. Hotel is in a good location.
A few tiles in the shower had mould on. Also only 1 teabag per person in the room, I like a few cups in the morning.

Convenient place to the venue party we were attending.
1. The cold water tap on the sink was loose and swivelled around each time it was turned on. The whole tap needs to be repaired
2. There was no one around to check us in. No reception. No breakfast facilities. No welcome. Very impersonal and blunt lady handed us the key.
3. The remote control on the TV did not work. It took several times to press it before channels would change.
4. Bedroom overlooked windows of other buildings.
5. Parking was expensive and not convenient. Took driving around several times before we found a spot.
