We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the blackout blinds meant we all slept well. There was a large, practical dining table, and everything we needed for cooking, including a good oven and hob. The washing machine and dishwasher were also very handy.
We stayed with our two children, including our 20-month-old, and the apartment suited us perfectly. Although it’s a little way from the city centre, we knew that in advance. The number 2 tram stops right nearby and takes you directly to the Opera and other central sights in about 25–30 minutes. It was also easy to reach Schönbrunn Zoo without changing. Shops are close by, and there’s a very good restaurant right across the street. With the windows closed, we couldn’t hear the street noise, and it was generally quiet during the week.
Check-in was straightforward, the instructions were clear, and communicating with the host was easy. We had no complaints and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Comfortable clean and ideal for a family. Apartment is beautiful and the host was friendly and responsive. Close to trams and easy access to the city sights. Supermarkets nearby
The bath tub is a bit deep. It may be a challenge for an elderly person to get in and out.

We had a truly wonderful family stay at Vienna Experience. The apartment was spotless, exceptionally spacious, and very quiet, providing plenty of room and comfort for all of us. The beds were super comfortable, the facilities were in excellent condition, and check-in via the lockbox was seamless and straightforward. The location is great, making it easy to get around the city, and having free on-site parking in Vienna was a huge plus.
Accessing the parking spot was a bit tight and slightly tricky to navigate, but it was well worth having free parking and didn't take away from our great overall experience.
