Property is located literally just a few steps from the beach, and for the price, especially in such a beautiful place as Stegna, it is a real gem.
Hosts are incredibly welcoming, kind and genuine people. We stayed in a room on the second floor, which was renovated and had everything we needed, including kitchen utensils and a large balcony.
Air conditioning costs €8 per day, but considering the very affordable price of the accommodation, this is completely reasonable. There is no regular cleaning or towel replacement during the stay, but when I asked the host for an extra towel, she gladly provided one.
Just keep in mind that you are booking a family-owned apartment at a very budget-friendly price, so set your expectations accordingly. This is a place to enjoy the beach, the atmosphere of Stegna and a simple, relaxed Greek holiday — not somewhere for someone looking for luxury.
For the location, price and hospitality, I think it offers really good value for money.
The only thing worth highlighting is that Stegna in general has some areas with very limited internet coverage. Wi-Fi and even mobile data can be extremely slow or sometimes not work at all. This is not the host’s fault, as it seems to be an issue in certain parts of the area. So, if you have any online work commitments during your stay, it is better to plan accordingly.

L appartamento è situato in una zona strategica dell isola, lontano da un grande centro quale Rodi ma a pochi metri da tutti i servizi ed un mare fantastico. L appartamento è piccolo ma ben tenuto, c è tutto ciò che può servire per una vacanza. Il vero "plus" di questo appartamento sono Maria e Manolas che sono degli ospiti fantastici, peccato non parlino inglese.

Heerlijk een parasol mogen lenen wat je 35 euro per dag kan schelen.
Prachtige sterren.
Ik zou beter Duits willen hebben gekund.
De WiFi en 5 G bereik. Maar dat was tegelijk een voordeel. Meer contact met me pubers. Tot ze het door kregen dat het bereik op het dak goed was. Ook gezellig en een mooie sterren beleving.

Stuff (elderly couple) was very friendly. Location was close to sea and very quiet. Shops and cafes were near by. Rooms had air conditioner for extra money.
No room cleaning at all! 7 days stay- no cleaning, no bed sheets changing, no blanket change. Nothing. Has to clean ourselves. If this service is not included, then just write so in description. Provide normal cleaning tools and chemistry and people will be ready for that. Beds and pillows are old and hard. Air conditioner and fridge are old and noisy. Kitchen ware is not enough, making simplest food was challenging. It was not obvious at the booking that air conditioner is for an extra fee.
