Excellent, attentive service. Rooms are clean, comfortable and as described. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that are looking to stay in Shanghai. I certainly will be back.
The only thing I would have liked there to be is a clothes washing service.

The unit was spacious.
Unit is only 5 floors, bathroom does not have a bidet, no bathtub, just shower. Thermostat does not adjust, so room was cold.
