今回で3回目。今まではコロナ後の影響と理解し我慢したが、改善を望む。

予定した移動に対して、ロケーションは良かった。常用したいと思っているが、今回用意してもらった部屋のベッドの足が壊れて（？）か、安眠できなかった。携帯のデザリングで間に合った為、今回WiFiが有料だった事を知らなかった。もし、WiFi接続が本当に有料だとすると今後の利用は？？です。

ベッドの足が1本、不安定になっていた。就寝するまで気が付かなったのでルームサービスを呼ばなかったが、リネン交換の時にベッドの状態を確認する手順を入れていただきたい。レストランはホテル宿泊のひとつの楽しみ、特色ある料理、サービス等を紹介する工夫が欲しい。何も情報がないので、外のレストランを探して食事をした。

まずまず良かったです。

館内と部屋など清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた。ロケーションも地下鉄の駅から徒歩圏で良かった。朝食も納豆やお漬物、みそ汁など日本食もあり選択肢が豊富で朝６時半からと以前より早くなっていてよかった。トイレはウオッシュレットで良かったフロントのスタッフの対応も良かった近くに多くの飲食店があり不自由はしなかった。

◎トイレはウオッシュレットで良かったのですが後付けののパナソニックの物で、便器は旧式でタンクも小さく水の流れがっ良くなかった。何度も水を流さないときれいになりませんでした。今は少ない水量できれいになる便器もあるのでその方が環境にも良いと思います。 ◎朝食に日本食が用意されていたのは良かったがご飯を炊く水の問題なのか米自体の問題なのか分かりませんが、臭くて美味しくは食べられなかったです。更に言いますと、玉子焼きではなく出汁巻きにすると嬉しいです。 ◎ジムが２階ありますが機械が壊れていたのと使用法に日本語がなく使えませんでした。 ◎１階にレストランがあるが朝食はともかくも夕食へのアピールがなく寂しい感じがあり使わなかったが、今回のように雨模様のときなどは館内で食事をしたいと思っても入りにくいのでもっと提供できる料理などをアピールして呼び込む努力があれば更に良くなると思います。 ◎薄型テレビは良かったが起動に時間がかかりすぎるフィリップ製に少々イラついた

Good Hotel in the Heart of a Vibrant Neighbourhood

Spacious, well-equipped rooms, very clean. Professional friendly staff. Seen guests from all over the world walk in and out without an issue. Great location, easy access to transport, eateries, and a lot of shopping. Lots of fancy stuff to check out within the vicinity. Perfect base for both leisure and work.

There are a few caveats that we were not really bothered by - the bathtub is not very practical; the gym equipment is broken; breakfast gets old after a few days; and ongoing street construction. The last one isn't the hotel's fault (and the staff have been openly apologetic about it), but one can see that the tiled footpath being used as a driveway is a way to invite more roadwork in the near future. Also being a Holiday Inn, the international brand comes with a bit of markup in the hotel's pricing.

Convenient location and many.shoppimg and food.options close by

Helpful staff ,location near malls and an indian restaurant 500 mtrs away at the place mall ,helped as.i am.vegetarian ,decent western breakfast spread ,and a few bakery sjops.around to get other options

Wifi very poor ,no.food options after 10 am.thats a pity inspite of them having a coffee shop.but no food even simple sandwiches that doesn't make any sense

Good Value for a comfortable staying.

Very good room size, room furniture/facilities and bed quality with very comfortable pillows; nice and efficient staffs; Japanese bidet in bathroom; location is close to metro station line 2. I did not have breakfast or use other hotel facilities; overall, it’s a good choice and totally worth its price.

Perfect option for short time

For the price and location, it was a good hotel option

Restaurant did not have the best menu ever, but definitely the breakfast is more then enough, of course chinese food, but also the western food too, good cereals, fruits, different juice options, breads, yogurts, bacon, sausages, eggs and others

Good value comfortable stay

Would like more variety but overall it’s good. Location in website is accurate, close to the place where we want to go. But it’s not close to the main tourist attractions.
