Very friendly staff and excellent location. Near to transport nodes and tourist centres. Easy to explore both beyoglu and sultanahmet
The rooms are comfy and clean. It's all you need if you intend to just recharge before another day of exploring the city. Our particular room could use some attention by the handyman as some bathroom fixtures were lose as well as the shower door. Another downside was the terrible WiFi. Don't expect to use it for more than messaging.

Nice Clean property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location. With number of public transport hubs all within walking distance.
Breakfast can be a little better. Good quality food lacking presentation.

I overall liked the location, staff service level was excellent, especially Mr Hussain was super friendly, professional, helpful - he used to handle receiption, serving breakfast, managing coffee shop for internal and external customers alone. mtr Husaain really helped me to arrange our airport transfer with care and took care of our luggage - stored and put them in Van to airport. superv service oriented guy

Substantial breakfast, friendly staff, central location
Poor room cleanliness, smell of cigarette smoke, many fixtures in disrepair, shower didn't drain, weak WiFi, limited space in breakfast area so had to wait for table
