We had a lovely stay! The location was super convenient, and the property appeared spotless whenever we walked through. It truly had that charming boutique feel, with a cozy atmosphere. Best of all, it was so quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect little getaway, and we'd happily stay here again!
A couple of things could be improved. The keypad at the main gate was a bit inconvenient, as we had to get out of the car each time to manually enter the code. A key card or swipe access for drivers would make entering and exiting much more convenient.
We were also disappointed that our room wasn't serviced daily. After being out for the day, we expected to return to a freshly made bed and a tidied room, but that wasn't the case. Daily housekeeping, or at least making guests aware of the housekeeping schedule at check-in, would help set expectations and enhance the overall experience.

Great position and the check in process was very smooth. We especially loved the pool to relax after our days venturing into Trinidad. Especially suggested if you rented a car
They weren't great at suggestions, language wasn't always clear, and we found it hard to understand. They were super friendly, but I don't think they understood what we were looking for. They didn't mention there's a ride-sharing app when we asked for suggestions on how to go around town without driving.
P.s. If you're using their taxi list, don't call Sean, he overcharged us for a silly drive. Always negotiate your price first! And bring some USD if you have it, prices are usually lower in USD.

It was peace
The early timing I had to leave I think people should be giving ah fair time to leave because after coming home late the night before jus needed some more hours to get organized… instead of rushing to get out
