Very very very freaking bad !!! Do not book !!!!

Like I’ve seen the reviews that the management and host replied it is all copy paste .. standard replies given to guest …. My experience wit the stay was very very very bad !!!! Please whoever wants to book pls don’t … I stayed for one night and check-in late night and upon checking in the unit was infested with pest !!! Dead cockroaches, alive cockroaches and even kitchen area is infested with ants!!! I’ve got every proof and video send to them … I’ve informed them tat hope there’ll be no issue when I check in and hope all is prepared … but instead nothing was done and checked … I have to do their job and wasted my night being uncomfortable by killing pest and cockroaches coming out from sink area, behind sofa, under d bed and in d toilet … it was really bad … when checking with d management and host they mentioned will refund and ended up there is no update and so on …. Such nonsense place and bad !!! Bed sheets was stained and dirty … place was dusty … god knows how I felt !!!! Too much coming from the management and host … Very very very freaking bad !!! Do not book !!!!

New Era of Accommodation

The facilities of the unit is out of my expectation. Beside kitchen appliance like microwave oven, kettle etc, they also provide washing machine. The check in and check out procedure also very convenient. It's recommended to stay here.

Great family stay

The swimming pool and the facilities. The design is simple yet functional.

Each unit is given only one set of keys so it's inconvenient for people to constantly go down to get people.

this time the apartment is clean and spacious and nice quiet .

maybe the apartment is still under renovation and construction. the LG parking basement very dark, unsecured and creepy feeling.

Passable

Check in is easy. Refund of deposit is fast. Staff is friendly.

Lift was out of order and no water supply during my last day stay. I ended up climbing up and down the stairs to my apartment at 18th Floor

joining whatsapp group and repetitive messages and queries, no toiletries holder, everything has to put on floor, sofa in the hall is worn down, not comfortable to sit. cleaning can be improved

Had an Enjoyable stay with family

Excellent apartment, clean and awesome for us family with 4 adults & 4kids to stay for the nite. Everything is in good condition and there was no delay to switch on aircons all at one time, which we appreciate. Thank U to all!

Carpark is tricky, as our carpark is L2 but the slides did not indicate entrance to parking L2. Only indicated entrances to parking LG1/LG2/LG3. So if ur assigned the carpark L1/L2/L3 instead, just use the carpark entrance nearest to the apartment Lobby.

Great stay...

The staff at JB City was professional and responsive to my difficulties. The office located at the location was great for checking in and out. Lift lobbies and car park were brightly litted and safe. The house was spacious and clean. But the wardrobe may need to be aired as it smells a bit. Besides that, it was great. Do spend more attention to details. Keep it up.

not worth staying

quiet environment, clean and very near to legoland

not easy to find eatery. bedroom aircond noisy and not cool causes me can’t sleep well. they really need to inspect aircond and service it as mostly tenants are from outstation and need to rest well. Not worth for rm200 deposit as 5 star hotel only rm100☹️ .This my own opinion.
