The staff were excellent. The hotel in general was nice although construction outside was off putting.
Shower head was upside down so had to have a bath instead!
Toiletries were not replaced even with 2 paying guests.
Hairdryer didn't work.

Nice and spacious room, beautiful view from the 17th floor.
The Hotel itself it’s very good, outside the property not much things around.

The room was exactly as described and the amenities were excellent.
The jacuzzi tub did not work.

+view from the top floor,
+Breakfast was mostly good except for apple juice
+friendly staff at breakfast
+Parking available
-Lack of friendly greeting upon check-in.
-mold in shower but not a lot
-no room service past 22.00 but we were never informed so we were hungry and I called but given a weak apology but no solution
-apple juice and others tasted foul -probably pipes need cleaning
-pillows too soft
-no bathrobe in room
-cracked basin
