It was a fantastic stay. The room is pretty large and beautifully furnished. The location was so good with easy access to Binnenhof, Passage, and core tram lines, with nice eat-out options nearby. The bed was comfortable. Shower was quite good. Wifi was OK. I loved the furniture in the room; it's a chain hotel but it respected the Den Haag character. The breakfast had fantastic salad options and very good tea varieties. They had nice courtyard area as well. Late checkout option was nice as well. I really enjoyed the stay here and will come back again.
Nothing major. The lighting option could be more adjustable. The room interior was indeed beautiful, but the impression I got was more functional than fancy photos I saw when I booked via Booking.com. Elevators could be far away. None of these issues bothered me a lot though, and I was happy to stay here.

Hotel was very centrally situated which was the only plus. Breakfast was fine - nothing to write home about.
Hotel cleaning policy of every second day was a complete shock to us. Why would you stay in a hotel room if it was not cleaned and refreshed daily. I had to arrange with the reception for our coffee to be replenished and our cups to be cleaned. On a 3 night stay - that is unacceptable! Room was small and very basically equipped. Wardrobe only had hanging space, no drawers. A disappointing overall offering.
