I love the aesthetic of this hotel, and the view from the balcony. In fact it is so nice and beautiful that all the disappointments that I list below didn’t really matter that much.
The safe wasn’t working, and the staff member couldn’t fix it, she said we have to wait for the boss, however when I came back later in the night I didn’t want to deal with all that so I just let it go. No one ever mentioned it again, so that’s a bit disappointing that they didn’t try to fix it.
The hotel closes at 11pm, after which you have to use another entrance. The lady at the reception, while checking in, quickly showed me this door from the inside. However she never mentioned how to find it from the outside of the hotel, so when I got there late at night, I was super confused and a bit scared bc I couldn’t find it, I found another door (in the backyard), which I thought was the one, but it wouldnt open. I had to shout at some lovely couple up on the balcony to help me figure it out. I think it’s a good idea to show all the guests the other entrance from the outside.
The breakfast is okay, nothing special, but what I found disappointing is that they number the tables, so they pick for you where you sit. I got the worst seat, while all the couples and families got the best, sea view seats… I dont understand why it cant just be free to sit wherever you’d like, first come first serve, like it is usually.

The price was good
Breakfast was OK
There was literally a swarm of mosquitos in the room. I killed about 30 of them using the paper notice that said we shouldn’t use towels to clean our shoes. I suggest they clean their rooms before threatening guests with charging them for new towels.
Bed was creaking.
A/C was incredibly noisy.
Traffic outside made it hard to sleep.
