Very disappointing experience. We accidentally forgot to add our child to the booking, but the host reacted angrily and shouted, “We don’t accept kids!” Yet they still charged us an extra R600 for two nights, with no extra bed provided. We felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our stay
