Everything! Set in beautiful gardens, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom ( with L'Occitane products in shower( body wash and shampoo) and at the basins( handwash and cream - impressed). Everything we needed and more.
Honestly I cannot fault anything.

The breakfast needs alot more variety, especially if one stays more than two days. I mean one can only eat so much scramble eggs. For good tourist stop they need to improve on this. Like make fried eggs as option or pouched eggs,

The restaurant is a really big let down for the property. We have been coming to the the hollows for a few years now and the menu has not changed at all. Only the prices have gone up. They need better variety i.e. pizzas and chicken, chicken burgers more meat variety and better pasta variety.

Have also noticed that the rooms need some much needed maintenance some room are look a little worse for where
and the wi-fi is shockingly bad
We have also found that the local restaurant clientele need to have there own parking areas as the lodging guest have no where to park some days.
