Clean, good facilities, quiet. Breakfast options were fantastic
The hot water system - it wastes a lot of water before it gets hot and doesn’t get hot enough. Using the bath would have been lovely but the water never got hot enough. All that was missing was a proper hot shower and bath.

Fantastic location oberlooking Knysna. Rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely comfy beds and hot showers
Very good breakfast 👌
Service in the evening was a bit slow when we ordered dessert but their was a function on so that may have been the problem .
The duvet didn't fit over the entire bed.
